Career research are related to finding the best job that suits as per the profession. The chosen
profession of the report is to work as service delivery at Amazon. The report will light upon the
various skills that are needed to work in this field with full satisfaction. Along with this it will

under Amazon. Further it will present the experience that the person have to get selected for this

Communication skills: Customers are the important part of service delivery process. The

experience of at least one year in leadership, sales and customer service to do job in good and
better manner. They have experience and done its practice within information technology
