INTRODUCTION
Career viewpoint is basically refer to the concept or perspective which is used by every
individual person for increasing their career growth and securing the future. In aspect of career
growth it is highly essential for every individual person for living the life decently (Aitken and
Bakos, 2021). But in aspect of profession of marketing is defined as those skills which is highly
used by every individual for increasing the awareness of products and services of particular
organization. Due to gaining and adapting knowledge about various marketing skills the overall
performance, ability and potentiality of individual are highly increased for their work. The main
purpose of using various marketing skills by individual person in professional way is to
promoting and advertising the products and services to every customers effectively. The report
will cover person analysis, career action plan and preparation of CV. The skills which is mostly
used by every individual and organization are communication skills, problem solving skills,
persuasive skill and others.

Personal analysis
During the time of adapting marketing skills in the form of learning I realize that these
skills plays the role professionally in both strength and weakness aspect.
Strength in professional skills -
Communication skills – According to me communication is my biggest strength as an
professional marketer and digital marketer. Because in professional life communication
plays the major role for increasing the success of career and also for sharing various types
of information with others quickly. When I started my professional life I will understand
that communication is highly essential for sharing reliable information to customers
quickly regarding company product and services.
Problem solving skills – It is also a very essential skill for me as an professional and
digital marketer. During my professional life I realized that effective problem solving
ability is highly essential for solving the complicated and day to day problems in time.
Due to the effective use of this skill I am able to interact with various types of people and
also able to solve the complicated problems of my friends in time. Therefore, as an
professional marketer I will have the potentiality to solve the difficulty of customers in

time regarding company services and products. In this way positive relationship is easily
with customers for long time. With help of this skill my performance is highly increased
within short duration.
Weakness in professional skills -
Tech savvy – According to me as an professional marketer these is my weakness.
Because in the field of IT my knowledge is very low which creates negative impact on
my performance. As an professional marketer I will not able to analyse the real problems
of the consumers in time which leads to decrease the goodwill of organization at higher
rate. Due to this I will need to face lot of challenges in my selected career growth for long
duration.
Persuasive skill – This is also my other weakness which creates negative impact on my
performance and professional life. As an professional marketer I will not able prepare
effective solutions for customers in time which leads to enhance negative impact on my
reputation and image. Due to this weakness the chances will be easily increased for
arising conflict between team members at high rate.
Handling content and information – Due to facing this type of weakness I will not be
able to deliver reliable and meaningful information to consumers in time regarding
services and products. Due to this weakness I will faced various challenges for handling
customer's in positive way. The functions which comes under this category are organising
and storing files on the devices in a systematic way.
After the analysis of above information I understand that as an professional and digital marketer
I need lot of improvements increasing my career success in marketing field. Because only
professional marketer is able to increase the company success rate at maximum level and also
able to maintain good relation between customer's and organization in long term. Professional
