INTRODUCTION
Individual career management is the procedure through which particular person can

going to explain several things which will help individual in grabbing better job opportunities

COVER LETTER
Cover letter is the single page document which is written by individual for
organisation. This include information related to particular person in relation to the vacant job
position. Most important is that cover letter must be attractive which introduce person and

employees to particular articulate with the balance sheet and make necessary adjustments

programmes for providing of Tally and SAP program to make the employees aware of the
software and can properly link up with software and perform accordingly. This also made the
employees efficient and I can develop changes in the organisation when work level is high
compared to employees capability. I have done it through properly motivating them for their
increased work and makes them dedicated to work for the respective organisation. Through
all these ways I have made the employees perform efficiently as well as helps organisation in
achieving their goals and objectives.

Problem identified in EFGH company was inaccuracy of data in accounts data. This
led me to the adoption of new systems such as tally software and provided with enough

maintaining accuracy in data and avoid any misinterpretation of the data. Records of the data
are checked weekly to identify any repetition in income statement and recheck of ledgers to
prevent any loss of data. With the help of tally systems there accounts are properly
measurable which allows respective company in decision making process effectively. With
the help of these software if the employees are thinking of making the profit personally this
will avoid them and maintains records of each rupee in business. This way I had solved the
problem in previous company and will make sure to solve problem here also and helps
respective organisation to attain business goals. This also makes the employee learn new
methods and accounting software which will help them in future. It also reduces the time of
employees to work on this software rather than doing manually. In addition to this it also
reduces the chance of fraud and business data remains in organisation itself.

a number of tasks in a short amount of time
I am applying for account executive while performing my work several situation may
arise such as year end audit. At this time I have to perform several responsibilities like
checking accounts of company at my hand, matching balance with their opening as well as
closing balance. All these things must be done in the short term so that work related to audit
can be performed in better manner without any financial issue. Along with this, in same
period some conflicts may arise within employees which also become my priority because
such issues may result in decreasing productivity as well as employees turnover. Thus, such
problem must have to be solved on time by making these priority. In this manner I work on
several things by making some of them my priorities.

Observe punctuality- I should need to observe punctuality as it creates good
impression in the minds of interviewer. It is necessary because of an individual is not
coming on time for interview then how he/she will manage things in future related to
their job role.
Make good impression- I should be able to make good impression in the minds of
interviewer by proper knowledge. This can be only possible through level of
confidence which directly reflect on voice tone and face.
Ask insightful questions- During interview I should be able to ask proper meaning
