I Aravind Jimmy, have successfully completed a bachelor's degree course in the field of
commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University. I passed out in the year 2017. I wanted to pursue
my career in the field of management right from my childhood. I have always been supported by
my parents as they have helped me to pursue my career in the field of my choice. They have
never imposed their decisions on me. I have a good interest in the field of managing as it would
help me get a good job role on a Global platform (Rasche and Gilbert 2015). It would help me to
meet and interact with people coming from many different backgrounds. I believe that in order to
shine in professional life is important to undertake so e practical work. Thus I opted for a job as
soon as I completed my bachelor's degree course; I have worked at the Lakewood Restaurant as
an Assistant Manager.
I have gained much useful knowledge while working as the assistant manager. I realized
that in order to be successful in any multinational organization one needs to have a clear and
well-defined idea about business tactics. Thus I have decided to go for my higher studies in
General Business at Mohawk University, Ontario, Canada. I selected this college as the course is
set in a very easy, concise and proper manner. This college not only imparts good detailed
academic knowledge but also makes their students' job ready. The college is one of the
Hamilton-Niagara's Top Employers year after year.
They have good tie-ups with top recruiters who will train the students properly before
recruiting them in the top-notch companies. Another great advantage is diversity
