Career development refers to the process which is helpful for the individual that may
undergo practices for the evolution of their occupational status. It is also said to be the key
process which helps an individual in making decisions for long term learning and also aligning
their personal needs with the physical or psychological fulfilment. In this the focus on the career
development and employability will be made. This essay will help with the same tips and
strategies that are needed for the development of the individuals. The skills assessment reports
will be analysed for providing reflection on the what kind of skills are needed for the career
development. This essay is going to provide the assessment reflection of personal skill's

and influence public perception of an individual by position them as an authority in their industry
elevating their credibility and differentiating themselves from the completion of the ultimate
advance their career. It is helpful for the increasing the circle of the organizational development.
This is said to be a practice which is helpful for the talents and their careers as a brand for the
knowing the other people and also the types of thoughts which they have. It can be said that the
professionals or career standpoint which is the spans which helps across the career and the
personal life. It is also the span which is helpful for the career and their personal life.
Networking is considered to be the process of exchanging information and ideas among
people with most common profession and also the social interest which is used of the
informational social setting. Networking has been considered to be the factor that begins with a
single common ground. For career development networking is helpful for the source of fresh
idea and perspectives on the current job and help them to gather the desired career path. It also
allows in offering an exchange of advice from the different experiences in the work industry and
gain new insights.
The importance of personal branding for employability and career development are,
 Personal branding helps the individual to develop a personality that makes others in the
workplace gain trust.

 This is also said to be considered to be the factor which helps in the perceiving value for

The importance of networking for employability and career development are,
 Networking for individuals in the workplace is important because it helps the individual
to develop social well-being that is directly related to their performance at the workplace.
 It is said to be the very helpful for the individuals to exchange ideas and develop their
understanding of the way in which they can improve their employability skills.
 This is important for meeting new people of different professionals in various levels.
 Networking has been considered to be the most effective way of boosting the confidence
of an individual in a workplace.
Personal branding of an individual can be developed with the help of passionate way of
personal brand also aligning it with the reflection of the likes and interests. It is said that the
generation of social footprint is said to be the factor which helps in gaining passion on the social
networking platforms. It can be said that the making plan for organization can allow the
company in the generation of new story telling in front of the employees is a way of developing
personal brand. In order to increase the social network establishing network goals for ensuring
the use of time and resources will help in creation of strong network. It is important for the
organization to set goals. It helps in improving the communication and public speaking skills.
This is said to be the factor which is helpful for the constructive feedback that allows the
individual to develop the operations of the networking events.
Assessment reflection
In my approach employability in which I am looking for a job I am always keeping
myself busy it helps me to be more energetic and maintain motivation when looking for work. I
am always enjoying the facts and figures that might be the reason for helping me find the
research of the different types of jobs. It has been said that when openness is helpful for doing
things in new ways it helps me to find different approaches that would allow me to look for
work. I am also very extremely organized in the ways in which I look for work.

In the personal skills of I have been able to identify is that I am very energetic which is
the factor that allows me to research and understand the different jobs which are helpful for
finding the research of the different types of jobs. Being so energetic makes more motivated with
the types of work which I have been looking for. For the work place skills which I have it is
related to the use of numbers. I am very strong and playing with numbers, and I am able to
understand that I can bring the understanding of the organization and be able to develop the key
practices which can help me to develop the business that is required. Being able to gain the key
strategies that can allow the organization in the management of areas that can be helpful for
finishing the business works as far as possible. Working good with numbers makes me more
effective with the jobs in the financial services. This job role will help me to be more effective in
nature and balance the business and its numbers in a way that it can work quickly and
effectively.
I was able to understand that my strength lies in the work that are related to the use of
numeric data. The use of this skill can be helpful for me to implement them in my work place
and employability. This is considered to be the factor which is going to help me with the factors
that allow me to gain personal success. I would also be able to improve my knowledge as I am
very active with reading newspapers and other survey results in the newspapers.
CONCLUSION
From the above essay it can be concluded that my preferred field of employability and
workplace will help me to work in my career in financial services. It can be said that through the
development of personal brand and also the networking I will be able to increase my operations
in a way that I will be able to increase my operations would help me bring new strategies. The
factors which are considered to be the reason for the growth of individual learning. It will also
allow me to bring balance into my work and also in the development of better and more accurate
form of learning.
