informational social setting. Networking has been considered to be the factor that begins with a
single common ground. For career development networking is helpful for the source of fresh
idea and perspectives on the current job and help them to gather the desired career path. It also
allows in offering an exchange of advice from the different experiences in the work industry and

things in new ways it helps me to find different approaches that would allow me to look for
work. I am also very extremely organized in the ways in which I look for work.
