There are top three skills that the employer are looking for is good communication,
technology perceptive, and time management. By the skills I have developed from very young
age, I can easily manage time and can arrange good parties, and prepare food items in a very
limited time. Moreover, education will be the main criteria in the initial stage, employer prefer
taking employees who are graduate, which I will focus mainly , so that I get good placement
after completing my course. Although, I have said before that my excel work always is
appreciated, which will be quite beneficial while at work. I look forward to contribute to a

The values that are important to me is being responsible towards myself, manage
all my activities, in a given timeframe as well respect my elders. Apart from this after I complete
my college course I want to get a good and respectable job, which will provide me accurate and
ample amount of knowledge for further development of my career and provide more
opportunities. I do not want to focus on earning more money from the very beginning, but focus
on personal skill development. As I have good managerial skills, I would like to take challenges
and provide the best work to the organization I have been employed.
Impact on future:
Developing my skills will help me in balancing my personal life, work life and
health balanced. The time management skills will help me in achieving good targets in all
spheres as well provide good performance to the organization I have been employed. The
support from my teachers, discussing my weaknesses, developing my consulting my peers and
family will provide me overall moral uplifting to achieve targets and develop my career.

helps in making the communication more effective building up good relationship between two

In case of Debbie’s managing of employees, the flaw that have been noticed is the lack of
communication. Therefore, the staffs have been suffering from burnout and work stress, which
must be lessen by increasing the communication. Debbie must implement an employee feedback
forum in case of her unavailability the employees can tell about their problems and discuss to
reduce work burnout. Initiation of involving interactive group sessions will help in understanding
views and opinions of both the parties, eradicating the communication gap (Burgoon, Guerrero
& Floyd, 2016). Another thing that Debbie can implement to break the ice between her and her
staffs she can introduce appreciation and achievements sessions in a monthly basis, so that
employees working hard and contribute g in an extraordinary manner can be acknowledged.
