A sustainable job, according to researchers, is one that is connected with their interests, talents,
and values, as well as one that provides continual learning and renewal. In the end, developing a
sustainable career will allow them to retain various elements of their work and life throughout
time. Climate change and recent natural catastrophes are the primary reasons why corporations
have begun to consider sustainability. They have created common ideals for society as well as
business. Science, management, tourism, engineering, and law are among the professions with
the most sustainable occupations. This report is going to explain about the preferred graduate
role and also going to explain about the are the changes which are expected by individual in the
factor which are chosen by them. Along with this what are the skills and experience which are
required by the individual in order to develop the future of them and to equip them for success in

management and I want to build a sustainable

maintain several and various aspect of many
career and life over the long term.
What is your preferred graduate role, and why
have you chosen it?
I observed that programming skills and the
ability to create code are listed as two
important job tasks in the job description.
Apart from this, To pursue a long-term career
as a teacher, directing and motivating pupils to
participate in constructive activities and make
learning more pleasurable. I was drawn to this
field since I've always had a natural aptitude
for those abilities. I loved math and science, so
when I first started using a computer, I was
immediately curious in how it operated. I
learned basic computer abilities and wanted to
learn more, so in college I concentrated on
code programming. As my skills grew, I made
the decision to seek a career in the industry.
I'm currently searching for a position where I
can use my existing programming abilities
while also learning new ones. I selected this
job because I enjoy working with computers,
and I want to be able to do so in the future.
