well as working culture (Richard, 2016). In working environment, this is necessary to measure
on development of an individual to led skills, traits or competencies to be developed at a
competitive level of zone. In the current era of development, reflection over the scenario has put

reflection & evaluation to be known certain incidents or issues happened during work
environment. In this report, focus is given for doing analysis of any issues and problem happened
in context of work based/learning related. In addition to this, focus is to be given on discussion
over pursuing long term learning or academic theory. Also, this report will put discussion on to
the major discussion on how & why learning through reflection is prominent and usage of the
reflective model that is being useful along with its major discussion over relating this to personal

is being on identification and analysis of long term working in the organisation. This kind of
event or an incident is helps to assist improving self curriculum and ability so as to grow in the
career. Also, this event is significant to grow expectancy and growth of my own career at major
& longer side. Thus, it is necessary to creates legal consideration or measures such as
implementation or T&D program (Abdulhak, Djohar and Wahyudin, 2018). Using this, focus is

speaking and interpersonal such as interaction along with conflict management or handling in an

given to experience and understanding. Though my experience is two sides of the coin and using
this, understanding is being expected to be an effective or productive (Houston, Krueger and
Osborne, 2018). This kind of difference between misunderstanding and experiences persist about
how the person performances in the different working or learning situation such as performing in
an effective manner. Using this stage, an individual is need to be focus on what they have learnt
and how they will utilises this level of learning.

concept is being able to find how one can be able to grow his or her skill and competencies, in
