put positive impact on their career growth as well as success. With this process, I had gain varied
benefits in bulk in term of collecting information about competencies that I have and also about
major & essential skills that I do not had.
I want to share my personal experience and knowledge that I have. For example, I am
posing better understanding about team work and leading a group of people, because I have
leadership skill that I will utilize while working as a store manager. It is one of those
competencies that play significant role in growth and unpredicted success of a person (Ali, and
Anwar, 2021). With the help of this competence I would take benefit of managing the
performance of diverse workforce at workplace among which each candidate able to achieve
strategic aims of company, which is quite beneficial and essential for them to do so. I will utilize
my knowledge about leadership in work area, for purpose of enhancing performance of each
employee and boosting their morale, which is not that easy for any person or professional to do
that because it required a lot of efforts, time and good relation with people.
