Reported to: Head of Construction department
Job Summary: The company is committed towards providing best in class product and services
to their customers. The aim of the company is to provide satisfaction to their employees as well
as their customers. The company is looking for a construction manager who is possessing the
same values and are committed towards their work. The person must have the ability to oversee
multiple projects and must be able to serve as a representative if the company for the suppliers,
customers and government inspectors.
Key responsibilities:
 be able to manage and oversee multiple projects
 be able to have knowledge in the field in order to provide instructions to general
contractors and sub-contractors.
 Be able to prepare time schedules, budgets and can effectively allocate resources.
 Develop draft for the quarterly plans
 Manage work on the weekly basis
 Develop safe and synchronised working condition
 Plan and optimise the work activities for the suitable section
 Develop accurate system, database and tracks which are required
 Represent section managers at the planning meetings
 Maintain proper infrastructure and maintenance records
Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in engineering
 Knowledge of job site safety practices required
 3+ years’ experience in management of new construction
 Work plan manufacturing and resource optimisation skills
 Scheduling profile in work planning and scheduling system
 Core planning skills
 Safe system of work planning procedure and system
 Good interpersonal and organisational skills

 Effective knowledge to maintain delivery process and techniques

Personal profile- I have good skills and experience for this job position. I have good
decision making skill which further help me to make those decisions which are beneficial
for both organisation and people related to company. I am good at learning things quickly
and able to grab the opportunity of training for the job position. I can also manage a team
of 12-15 members effectively because of my leadership skills where I can assist them that
how they can perform their task effectively and helping them to understand the task

Roles and responsibilities:
 Recording all necessary calls on-site application.
 Conducting at least 2 safety tours per month and ensuring to return at same sites.
 Solving all quarries and issues which are faced by clients.
 Ensuring that all workers must read and understand the conditions of working
within the workplace.
 While operating small plant tools, it’s my responsibility to make sure that all
workers should utilize hand arm vibration sensors (HAVS)
 reporting to senior in case of absenteeism of any team mate from the site (Fried and
Kastel, 2020)
 Attend all meetings related to construction site efficiency in management.
 Reviewing all paperwork in advance to make sure that the task which is given is
completing effectively or not.
 To make sure that the working at site are working safely or not by using their safety
kits such as helmets, leather gloves and many others.
 Checking all required equipment by workers to work at sites.

 Checking that all equipment’s are working properly or not to save the time of
workers to repair it.
 To make ensure that face to face briefings from Engineering supervisors is received
on time or not.
 Checking the SSWOS covers
 Testing the conductor line.
 Working in a team effectively by managing team work and them members
effectively.
 Focusing on safety rules and use different tools for completing task.
 It’s my own responsibility to focus on my own safety of closing and opening of
track during different shifts.
