(CV), because this CV will be as a business card for us in future, ensuring the delighted job and allowing
us to grow in a career plan. In this essay, I am going to write very systematically why networking and CV
are important for the business and what benefits could bring.
Career development and employability
Networking
The world has changed and with it, networking has changed as well. If you put on one side for a moment
the old meaning of networking, we could see that networking these days is about building relationships
with people that would be valuable in a long term or for a lifetime. Ward (2021) does think that
networking is a good asset to the business because it could ensure professional counsellors or with
personal details which will help you to resolve a problem. In addition, you could get a piece of
information for new technology or to expand your knowledge, getting other`s experience. Beyond that,
you will build confidence and crucial relationships. Klawitter (2021) believes that we have to create our
networking with people who can be found interesting. He recommends going to every event and be
curious because this curiosity would reduce the stress. Besides this, we have to be patient and generous.
That does not mean that we have to offer everyone our help; we have to be perfect listeners because not

everyone wants our help. I consider that asking the right questions, looking smart and well prepared could
be a good trampoline for developing networking.
Curriculum vitae (CV)
The delighted job is everywhere around us however, the hardest job is to get this job. Even if you are
smart, wearing the proper clothes you are not selected in the shortlist due to badly written Curriculum
vitae (CV). According to Bateman (2018), we have to think like employees and to know that we have a
short time to grab a person`s attention reading our CV because managers do not believe that we want to
work for his company. The perfect CV has been written when you put the right skills for the job,
however, give the reader an explanation of how these skills would work for the company and have a good
profit. Bright (2015) believe that the CV has to be written for the job you are applying for. He also
suggests the CV has to be 5 pages. On the other hand, Bateman (2018) explained in the Linked in course
that it would be different from the other CV if you put a link about you. To my opinion, it is not a good
idea to put skills that you do have not to possess, because you will take a big risk to be asked for them.
Assessment Reflection
Every person is a manager, at home, at work or even the children at school, but to be a business manager
you need to possessive the skills that required this. As a student, I would like to know whether I have the
abilities to be a manager, therefore I took the test “Management skills”. I was extremely surprised by the
results of the test. I have the right thoughts about how to be a manager and looking my team using their
skill at the workplace. I am also feeling comfortable tackling with my team`s problems. Looking in the
same direction I see all the benefits of developing others and their high standard of achieving in the
workplace. I have understood the I could be a management model is an organisation and realising that the
role of management is essential for the companies moreover, manager`s achievements are based on work
and skill on others in the company. Having done this test, I have built the right thoughts how the
