INTRODUCTION
A career development action plan is a brief planning of managing the own abilities and
weak points from where an individual person can be able to grow and develop
themselves in successful manner (Hooley, 2021). The report will mention the action
plan in a reflective practise in account of work-related goals which is required to be
achieved by an individual to grow and develop in personal and professional life.

Reflection on personal strengths
Evaluating myself I observed that I am very responsible from which I can be able to do
my work in effective manner and can obtain the beneficial results and outcome. I
believe that I do my work as per the rules and ethics of the organization which makes
my image and reputation in positive manner and enable me to grow and develop
(Rosemond and Owens, 2018). Along with this, my positive attitude helps me to handle
and manage the people accordingly which is my strength where the people are able to
communicate and share their feelings with me.
Reflection on personal weaknesses
By self-assessment, I identified that I am not enough ready and having required
skills which can help me in my future career development. I analysed that I am very
weak at mu communication skill which will create a problem for me to grow and develop
in my career. Moving ahead to professional life, I am required to increase and improve
my communication skill which will help me to convey my speech to the people in the
understanding manner (Osborn and et.al., 2020). Also, I founded that I am also quite
poor at team working as I am not able to understand its effectiveness and its outcomes
from where I am needed to learn and adopt this ability for the fruitful results. I also
evaluated that I am required to learn stress management area where I can be able to
handle my stress and can perform well at my professional level.
Summarizing the action plan
Doing a self evaluation helps me to understand my weak points and strengths
from where I have an opportunity to improve in perfect manner from which I can be able
to perform well at the organizational level.
CONCLUSION
The report has concluded the significance of the career development plan which
plays a crucial role in individual life. It has included the individual person strengths and
weakness which they have to enhance them for obtaining the better opportunity in their
career pathway and can overcome their threats and weakness by utilizing the different
strategies and methods.
