of weakness where I need to improve. Working in groups has challenges for me, such as a lack
of clarity and trust concerns. My problem was developing and sticking to a proper schedule, but I
realized that it would help me manage my time and other activities within the time constraints.
The construction of the schedule was not an easy process, and I discovered ways to increase
my problem-solving abilities. These abilities enable me to identify the problem before resolving
it and assessing its effectiveness. I also evaluate my role characteristic, which will aid in my
development so that I can manage myself more readily. I am more assured in myself now that I
have gained information from my learning experience and can easily work with a group of
people. Furthermore, I learned some lessons from my team by understanding how to cope with
emergencies that may arise in the team. I also realized that managing teamwork is not an easy
task, since the members were not initially united, resulting in several confrontations. When we
work in a group, we understand what it means to bring professionalism to the learning process.

organized by prioritizing all of my tasks. In a team project, excellent teamwork is critical for
executing and attaining a common goal more quickly and efficiently. Every team member has
