words & language. I learned the ability to recognise vocabulary to engage and to understand
the written & verbal language. I have identified that I am not as good while interacting with
other people in the organisation which can create the various issues. In this assessment, I
have learned that to boost the confidence level and in order to enhance the ability of effective
communication verbal reasoning is necessary. With the help of this assessment, I have
analysed that verbal reasoning plays an important role for career development and
employability of employees as well as students studying in higher education. I have leaned to
better understand the sequence of letters and to define conclusion from limited resources or
information. This assessment of work based skill helped to spot odd word in the group. With
