Q1. a) In terms of KSAs the most proficient ones are the Administration and Management,
Management and Personnel Resources and Time Sharing Multitasking. On the basis of these
KSAs it can be said that most effective curricular activities are the leadership program and the
internship and work placements (University of South Australia, 2019). In these activities I can be
able to interact with other people and on the basis of the interactions I can be able to understand
the management procedure more effectively. It will also help me in the proficiency gaining in the
multitasking abilities. The effectiveness of the skills and the knowledge I gathered in the
graduation course can be used in these processes and it will also help me in the betterment of my
skills of personnel resourcing. The ability of multitasking can be developed in a far better way in
the process of practical experience. The leadership program of a company should be able to
develop better relation with others and manage the documentation and the interactions which can
be done proficiently by me as I have the knowledge of administration and personnel resourcing
along with the ability of multitasking (Noe et al. 2017). The practical practice would be helpful
in the knowledge and skill development which develop the proficiency level of my KSA.
Q1. b) Employability skills are the factors that are preferred by the employers in the process of
the employee selection. The interpersonal skills such as communication skill, self-management,
teamwork, willingness to learn and dedication towards the work are the skills that can be stated
as the employability skills (Sharif 2017). In order to be eligible for jobs a student should develop
the employability skills in order to increase the acceptability in different sectors and also
knowledge and skill development for different jobs. The employability skills are also effective in
the determination of eligibility of an employee by the employer (Suleman 2016). Hence, in the

graduation course the employability skill development is very much important factor for a
student.
Q1. c) Volunteering and club activity would be a very effective curricular activity for the skill
and ability development along with knowledge in the employability skills. The extracurricular
activity can be applied through the following web link: https://i.unisa.edu.au/students/student-
support-services/career-services/students-graduates/build-your-employability/. My knowledge
and skills in the management and the personnel resourcing are the factors that helped me in the
enrolment of the program. The interpersonal skills such as the communication and the team work
are the skills which can be enhanced by this program (University of South Australia, 2019). The
employability skills can be enhanced by means of interaction with people and also working in a
team. The conversation with different background people will also help in the knowledge
development along with skill development (Navimipour et al. 2015).
Q1. d) Web scraping by recruiters can be more efficient for the enhancement and increasing
chance of selected in companies as employee as they have efficient assessment tools for the
assessment of the knowledge, skill and the ability of me (Slamet et al. 2018). Hence, the
assessment would be more effective in the deduction of unwanted factors and they also put my
skill set in the specific sectors as well. Thus the chances of getting job increases by this factor.
Hence, on this factor I can say that the effectiveness of the recruiter we scraping is more
effective than my own job applications as I will not be able to choose the actual sector for job
and cannot be able to identify my own ability properly.
