Career viewpoint is defined as the perspective or concept which is utilized by every
student for enhancing their security in aspect of their career and future growth in long term. The
concept of career growth is highly important for each and every student or single person for
living their life in decent manner (Agrawal, Kim, and Colombel, 2020). But profession of
marketing is referring to those type of talent which is highly utilized by every single person in
aspect of enhancing the services and products of particular organization. With help of achieving
knowledge about various marketing skills the all over potentiality, ability and performance of
every students are effectively increased in their work. The main motive of adapting various types
of marketing skills by each student in professional manner is to advertising and promoting of
various product of particular company during the time of their job. The report will cover personal
analysis, career action plan and preparation of CV.

Personal Analysis
During the time of adapting or learning various types of marketing skills I understand that
these skills are highly important in our life in aspect of maintaining good communication with
others. The other point is that marketing skills plays the major role in professional way in both
strength and weakness aspect.
Strength in professional skills includes -
Communication skills – Communication is my strongest skill in the form of digital
marketer and professional marketer. In professional life this skill plays crucial for
enhancing the success rate of career at maximum level. With help of effective
communication skills as a professional marketer I am able to share information with my
team members and other people quickly regarding particular product and service. After
the end of my academics when I started my journey professionally I realize that
communication is highly essential for sharing reliable information to customers quickly.
Creativity skills – As an professional marketer creativity is my other biggest strength.
Due to the effective use of this skill I am able to prepare attractive presentation and
projects which leads to attract the focus of audience for long time. As an professional

which is used by individual person for maintaining proper interactions with others.
During my academics I am not good in this skills also and due to this issue I faced lot of
problems for managing my team. As an professional marketer this create deep negative
impact on my image or reputation. Because here due to ineffective interpersonal skills
conflicts are raised between team members which leads to decrease the overall
performance of institute.
Email marketing skills – According to me in this skill I am not good because here did
not have much knowledge about email marketing and technology. As an professional
marketer this skill produce create negative impact on my profession. Because here due to
having low knowledge about this skill I am not able to share reliable information to my
team members and clients in time regarding new courses of educational institution. It
leads to increase relationship team member's effectively.
From the analysis of above data it concludes I realized that as an professional marketer I required
lot of improvement for enhancing my success or career growth marketing field at maximum
level. Because only professional is able to maintain strong connection between firm and
consumer for long time. Professional marketer is also essential for enhancing the popularity of
any institute or company at higher rate.
