STRENGTHS OPPORTUNITIES
One of the major strengths that I have is
the capacity of inspiring others. This is
because I believe that a good human
being is someone who does not only
think about the personal benefits but also
tries to inspire others at the same time.
Often in the course of life, people suffer
from the lack of proper inspiration and
then they give up. However I always
make efforts so that I can inspire others
with the little experience that I have. I
have also been following this in my work
life. I inspire all my co workers and try to
motivate them.
Accountability is another strength that I
have. I believe that it is very important to
have the accountability towards the work
that I am doing. I always try to stay
accountable for all my actions and my
steps. I try to take all the responsibility of
my work on my own shoulders. I am also
very creative by nature. I try to add my
own creation and innovation in my work.
This helps me to stand out from the
common masses and get noticed at
every step.
I will try to become more responsible
towards my professional and personal
life. I will also make the attempts to
increase the aspect of accountability so
that I can become much more efficient
towards my work. I will also try to
inculcate these values within my work
culture. I will try to build this
accountability among all my colleagues

ASPIRATIONS RESULTS
I aspire to be much more confident in I believe that if I work on all the

2d Personal Objectives
Short-term goals (next four months)
I will be working on my innovative and creative abilities. I consider myself to be a person with
a very creative bent of time. I will try to upgrade my thinking with newer and unique ides. This
will also help me to suggest many new and innovative business ideas and promote the
prosperity and the overall welfare of my work organization.
Medium Term Goals (next 2 – 3 years)
I will try to know all my friends and my team mates well. This will give me a clear idea about
their individual strengths and weaknesses. This will help me to allocate their job roles
accordingly. I must know the current strengths of my teammates and then assign them tasks
on that basis. I will then try to nurture their areas of strengths and motivate them further. I will
also communicate with them and know their weaknesses and help them to overcome the
same.
Long Term Goals (following 3 to 5 years)
I will try to empower my friends and my colleagues. I can do this only if I trust them with their
own responsibilities. I will always be there to guide them with all the required support but will
not spoon feed them. They will be empowered only when they can build the self confidence
and the faith within themselves regarding their capabilities. I will train them to take their own
