I am looking to develop my career in Hospitality industry organization like
Hilton hotel which is having various opportunities to gain higher position
through contributing in the organization culture, following the direction
and process proposed by management. There are some skills that have and
requires for managerial activities:
Communication skill
In order to work in Hospitality industry, I need to be good at
communication as it helps in making interaction with local and
international visitors.
According to self evaluation, I have analysed that I have good command
over verbal and non verbal communication. In spite of that, I have to make
improvement in verbal communication for dealing with the international
