INTRODUCTION
This report explain about the developing skills and experience which are required to be
developed. This is also have main aim to make sure about that how to make the better job
opportunity while by using the developed skills and having the well-experiences for their future.
That could have better future and also make the job opportunity for future for which that could
help people in making future development. This report also explain about the career development
plan from which that could help in developing those skills which are lacking behind and also
make development for making the future better. Career development plan also make sure about
what strategy and timescales that also make their future better while by developing the skills and
experience. This plan also include the knowledge, skills and experience that are required for
developing future. This come up with having various action along with the resources that will
move to area of development with having the proper timescales for completing the goals.

PERSONAL ANALYSIS
In having the better job opportunities I have lacked behind the better communication
skills that could be seems that I need to improve more and make sure about that in coming
interview I would like clear (Sagiv and et.al., 2017). I need job for HR graduate in well-known
company so for that I have tried to make sure about that what are lacking behind and how that
would also deal in bringing out more situation. I think that communication skills should be well-
developed so that help me for having better communication with other people and also make sure
about that dealing with various types of language in working at HR graduate job. I also think
about that experience must be required for doing any work and which play important for being
more developed.
Reporting skills are also must be required for which I have to make sure about that how
to report over the situation and how to make any things which is important. HR graduate also
have knowledge about the online data along with this various sources that could help for making
the graduate in HR and having the better experience for working in organization. I have to learn
more things about the management of the organization and that could help me in developing
employee and some other data in company (Lisbona and et.al., 2018). I have better strength in
emotional intelligence that could help me for keeping the employee engagement at organization

along with this also allow for having better advantage in organization. I also have better advisory
skills that could also help me for working in better organization and help for other employee for
working with me in company. While having the proper advisory skills that also allow me for
managing the resource and interact with some other stakeholder (Quataert and Buyens, 2020).
Due to which they can have better advisory and also make sure about that how to deal in any
situation with having work load. I have make sure about the experience which play important
role for self-development and also ensure about how to do things and how that can easily deal
with having the experience in work.
I also have knowledge about the laws and some regulation which are must be important
in completing the employee relation and also making how the work should be do in organization.
Employee relation knowledge must have some HR graduate role if there is any conflict between
the employee and they are not working with their co-worker than there is important duty for HR
to solve the problem of the employee (Ghobakhloo, 2020). I have also some basic knowledge
and experience about the codes of conduct, staff attendance so that could make me for having
more developed. Organization development also must be knowledge so that help for me and
some other employee for better solution in working environment. I feel that I have weakness
over the communication skills and managing the work over for the future. So for that I have
started for improving and making the skills better that could keep me more updated. I will also
make sure about using the various strategy that could help me for developing my skill and having
more knowledge about the different culture. In having the more knowledge and experience that
could help me for having my job opportunities in some terms and condition.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT PLAN

developing skills and building up more knowledge. Along with this in completing the skills I
have lacked behind that might be also give me some of the experience and I think that could also
more helpful for me in future goals. In completing this project I was quite feeling unhappy that
many of skills, knowledge and experience I am lacking behind which seems to more important
and help for developing more future goals or objective. I have intend for using over the career
development plan, while by using this plan I have set up the long and short term action that could
be more helpful for me. Furthermore, Also, preparing about the personal development strategy
for helping me in how to deal with any situation and how to make over any personal strategy so
that could be more helpful in completing over the future goals or objective. In career
development plan I have also set up the timescales that could help me for making sure about that
how I will complete the skills and developed knowledge on time and that could also be make
sure bout the various strategy that I have to make use in developing the various things.
