There is key role of employability skills in the life of an individual. Employability skills
can be defined as the transferable skills that are necessary to make an individual employable.
These include all the skills that will help to carry on the work assigned (Suleman, 2018). During
the course, I am able to enhance various skills that will help me to get employment. There is
need of being focused and dedicated so that the skills can be improved. First of all I am able to
enhance my communication skills by interacting with the peers and mentor. It is necessary to
have proper communication skills in order to clear the interview. Along with that the marketing
manager must have effective communication so that they are able to interact with the team
members and tell them about roles and responsibilities.

I am also able to develop time management skills. There is key role of time management
as it helps the individuals to carry on the work in right deadline. It is necessary to be efficient and
managing the work within deadlines. I developed schedule so that I am able to take all the
classes on right time and complete the assignments as well. The use of time management skills is
necessary to manage the projects of company in proper manner. In the starting of course, I was
unable to meet the targets and complete the project on time. There is requirement of carrying the
work within deadlines so that good grades are achieved (Nisha and Rajasekaran, 2018). Also, the
course helped me enhance my concentration level. By being concentrated in the class I was able
to understand the topics effectively. The same is necessary at the time of job as well so that the
work is done without any mistake.
I was unable to lead team or coordinate with the team. After carrying the course and
working in team to do the assignments I was able to work. There is need of working in team and
cooperating with the team members. It was difficult for me to manage the work in team. But
after doing the first project successfully I learnt to work in team. I observed the team leader and
learned to ways of managing and leading the team. This enhanced by skills and abilities to
manage the team work. A leader required different skills and ability to motivate others so that the
team members are able to achieve successful position in job. There are various challenges that
arise at the time of working in team. These challenges were obstacles for me in the starting of the
project. Now I have ability of overcome the challenge and provide best solution to the team
members. It will help me at the time of job. I have learnt the ways of taking effective decision by
analysing the situation. All the important factors that impact a decision are being analysed before
taking a decision. All these skills will help me to get a effective job.

CONCLUSION
From the above report, it is concluded that CV and cover letter helps to get a good job.
There is need of effective knowledge about the industry so that better application is made. In the
