After completing your career action planner above, you need to reflectively write up no more than 750 words and reflect on the below. Remember you need to use the
models that we discussed in the seminar and complete the whole cycle – What?, What Next? and So What!
Reflection and discussion around your self awareness in your skills mapping, ideally related to the position you are using for your placement in the summative;
clear examples need to be shown of how you know you have these skills, for example, work experience, volunteering, sports, student rep, college opportunities
etc;
Ans 1. As I have good communication skills therefore, I had volunteered in the college activities which has helped in which I have been able to develop changes and this
has helped in increasing my performance by encouraging me in knowing how I can perform my skills and abilities through which I am able to create the value through
which the skills will help me in building my career of becoming a reflective practitioner. With the help of good communication skills I am able to gain the skills which has
helped me in knowing the kill effectively.
Reflection and discussion around your self awareness of the psychometrics and other skills/behaviour surveys you undertook, showing how these illustrate a good
match ideally related to the position you are using for your placement in the summative you applied for;
Ans 2. The skills and strengths which I incur have helped me in understanding the basis of learning new things' ans also that I have good understanding of the ethics I am
able to apply for becoming the reflective practitioner. Along with this, I have also gained patience and perseverance which has also assisted me in knowing and evaluating
basis through which all perspectives of how effectively all the thing are being evaluated. As I am having these skills, therefore, they will help me in developing my career
and this has helped me in evaluating my performance.
Discussion of the development plan you wrote above from your analysis of your skills audit, identifying challenges to your career aspirations.
Ans 3. The development plan which has been discussed has helped me in knowing what are the short, medium and long term goals which are to be achieved and due to
this the main thing which has been observed is that the goal of learning a new language has been laid emphasis on and I have achieved this target with the help of learning
through online classes and reading books. This was being described as short goal. The medium term goal is to attain a degree for becoming a reflective practitioner which
took one year in completing the degree. The third and the last goal which was to be achieved was that to become a successful reflective practitioner so that I can grow and
develop in my career. This has helped me in knowing that what are my goals and how they have been framed for effectively reviewing my career plans so that I can become
successful reflective practitioner. Along with this, all the effects and efforts have been put for the scale of knowing the basis through which the aspects of the gaols have
been achieved and whether they have been completed in how much time. This has also helped me in knowing my various skills and strengths which are helpfully
constructively developing my career throughout the scale of performing my best role in becoming a reflective practitioner.
