INTRODUCTION
Career research refers to one of the major step which is able to assist the person for
gaining the opportunities just after the completion of qualifications. Career research helps the
freshers to help in finding their interest area which is turned in setting future path and goal too.
In addition to this, career research may play a vital role to finding the insight for the knowledge
and skills which can be used in the future in the effective manner. In this report it is able to cover
the personal analysis which includes the analysis of strength and weaknesses which is related
with the particular field. Skills, competencies and the knowledge which are necessary for any
individual for perform the given job in the proper manner. Career action plan development
involves the short term and long term along with experience which is required to gain the
opportunity according to the interest. By getting help form many mentor & by the self-
investigation, one can be analysed by me that I have the ability to perform the activities in retail
sector. It sector is emerging rapidly which is growing very fast which allows the person to get
high growth and also development together. It analysed about my personal interested area for
working is the retail shops or store Where I am able to use the knowledge and skills efficiently
which may leads to increase the productivity for future company. My skills and competencies are
able to help in perform the job in effective and along with efficient manner, During the career
research I get that I am having some good communicating skills which can help me to interact
with other people which could lead to make some good connection. Along with this I have
analysed that I have the ability to manage the conflict and to resolve it. Such communication and
conflict management can help me in my future company to communicate with the customer and
to resolve the conflict better by myself. It can help me out in both personally as well as
professionally (Labrague and et. al., 2020).

Strength: As per my personal analysis, I got to know which is related with strength in
which there is requirement to improvement. It is also analysed that I am having the better
communication skill which can help me to communicate with people or customer in retail sector
and due to having two month experience in the retail sector which will help me to gain the
opportunity in any one of the reputed organisation, in which I am able to apply knowledge along
with skills in the efficient manner. I am also having the patience level which also can help me
out in controlling my irritation or my anger which will be due to work load or due to the
customer odd behaviour (Størkersen and et. al., 2017). This can also help me out in resolving the
conflict due to having patience and good communication skill. It is also been analysed that I am
having the potential of adaptability along with the flexibility which is having the best advantage
to work in any type of workforce in easy manner. Such are my strength which can help me to get
my personal development along with the professional development.
Weaknesses: It was analysed by myself that I am not good enough in problem-solving
which is not a good sign. This can create a big problem in future in my personal as well as
professional life. So it is being important for me to get learn about the problem solving which
can be used by me in the upcoming future in resolving any type of issues. One of the problem
with me is that I am having the bad learning capacity which is one of the biggest weakness which
can create big problem in present as well as in future. Not to getting remember something can
create a many problem in my personal as well as in the professional life. Due to having such type
of weakness which can lead me to capture in the big problem it has already happened in the past
and I think this is not the last, there will be many problem in the upcoming future. Such type of
weaknesses should be either decreased or need to finished for not to get any problem due to this
(Simões and el. al., 2016).

Outcome I am having the specialisation in the marketing sector which is one of the
major advantage for this sector that I am having the required qualification to
work here (Başman and et. al., 2016). I have also the experience for working
in retail sector as a trainee which can be helpful in grabbing the opportunity
