INTRODUCTION
Career development refers to a continuous or lifelong procedure in order to manage their
work, learning, leisure as well as transitions for moving toward an effective, personally
determined & progressive preferred future. For every individual person it is very essential to
develop their career in an attractive manner so they can easily grab opportunities in an effective
manner. In the present report, a personal career plan is going to be formulated with the aim of
developing career in a positive way which leads towards the growth and success of a person at
competitive environment. Along with this, it includes how digital or social media will help in
promoting skills and knowledge which aid in developing career in a positive way.
Main Body
Career plan define as a systematic and practical strategy which helps an individual to
identify their interests and skills which set the goals and take effective actions at the right time so
that the goals and objectives will be accomplished in a timely manner. This process is mainly
developed by every person on a regular basis so that they can attain their future goals and grab
opportunities in near future. As per the current scenario, a customer assistant manager is working
from last 3 years in a cinema where the main role is to check tickets and showing people their
seats. It requires lot of skills and knowledge to perform the job role in an effective manner.
There are some skills which needs to be required by a customer assistant manager in cinema
which includes patience level, communication skill, time management, attentive.

for which various sort of practices needs to be conducted by the person. It is also said that by

I am working as a customer assistant in cinema from last 3 years. By performing the
activities of my job, I analysed that I have the ability to gain higher growth and development in
this sector. In addition to this, it is identified by me that entertainment sector gain higher growth
and making career in this sector will help me to achieve success in future. I have the knowledge
of two languages that is Arabic and English that help me to communicate with the customers and
solve their issues in an effective manner. It is analysed by me that I require to learn more about
different skills as it help me to gain personal development and professional development as well.

For this, I am preparing a career development plan that involves shot term as well as long
term goals. In addition to this, while preparing it I gain knowledge about my skills an on what
