INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is very important task to a person for gaining
better outcomes in the market place. Currently most people in market respects and value only
those people or individuals who has excellent personality as well as professionalism. In this
dynamic world, many of people are fully focused on the development of their skills, knowledge
and competences, because after developing these all aspects, a person can simply develop its
personality and professionalism (Ebenehi, Rashid and Bakar, 2016). Sometimes, different people
cannot achieve appropriate outcomes in the market place just because of lack of skills and
abilities. There is a very effective reflection on self-career development has been discussed
below, and this reflection generally discusses skills and abilities which are currently fully
developed, and skills which needs to be developed for making a very positive career in the
future. A very productive action plan also has been used below in the context of the skill
development.

Personal analysis
Currently I have different skills and abilities, and in these skills some of well-developed
and some of needs of be more developed or improved, because they are currently not appropriate
for gaining better outcomes. I understood that, when a person has many employability skills in
proper manner, then that person can simply develop its personality and professionalism in the
market place. Currently there are different ways easily available in the market for analysing
personal attributes. For example; use of SWOT analysis is the best way for knowing own
existing internal factors (Barnes, 2020). Day to day competition is increasing in every industry or
sector, in which it is very necessary to me for developing own different skills and knowledge for
properly standing against competitors in market place. I have used SWOT analytical tool below
that will help me for analysing own self.

This is a very useful tool that is currently used by different people and businesses for
knowing the impact of their key internal factors. Basically, this SWOT term shows four key
internal factors of business or individuals, like; strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities.
That is why I have used this tool below that is showing my four key internal factors and their
impact on my career development.
Strengths Currently there are my many factors and attributes become strengths to
me right now, and with the support of these attribute, nowadays I am
gaining batter outcomes in the market place. For example; currently I
have well-developed skills of communication, technical and management,
and this is why these skills or abilities are strengths to me. Recently I have
putted own huge efforts for developing these all three skills in order to
develop, and now these skills become key strengths to me.
Weaknesses With strengths, I have many weaknesses too, and that is why I have to
take some necessary steps in the terms of overcome weaknesses
(Shahbazi and et.al., 2019). For example; I don’t have proper time
management, problem-solving and leadership skills, and that is why I
have to take some appropriate steps towards developing these un-
developed or weak skills or abilities for properly improving own
personality and professionalism in the market place.
Opportunities Currently I have many opportunities for making my career very excellent
as well as effective. For example; I have an opportunity to develop own
my those all skills and abilities which are currently undeveloped. On the
other side, I have an opportunity to gain better outcomes in the market
place by developing own personality and professional through using own
develop skills and abilities.
Threats Currently I not how to convince people or colleagues in the workplace,
and that is why this factor is become very big threat to me nowadays.
Basically, we always have required to convince people on any idea and
opinion to achieve positive outcomes. On the other side, high competition
of each sector is also a key threat to me.
