INTRODUCTION
Career research is a crucial step, which help a person to develop a better future after
completing graduation or qualification. It support an individual fresher in analysing the number
of segments that a student can elect for their future path. In addition to this, it assist people to
analyse their interest level in specific field as per their knowledge as well as skills (McMahon
and Patton, 2019). The present assignment will cover a personal analysis, which involves
analysis of strength and weakness of an individual associated with the specific field. In addition a
review of an individual competencies, Knowledge and skill required to perform selected job is
discussed in the report. Moreover, a career action plan is developed that is related with the
personal development and growth of a person. The career action plan mainly includes the skills
and experience required by a person to perform the job in an effective manner. Furthermore,
there is a discussion about skills as well as competencies required for becoming the trainer of law
recruitment consultant. By the assistance of my mentors and self-investigation, I have analysed
that my interest is in the training sector. It is identified that recruitment consultant sector is
growing rapidly and help an individual to gain higher growth and development as well. In this
sector, I can easily apply my knowledge as well as skills, which help me to perform job activities
in a proper as well as effective manner.
MAIN BODY
Personal analysis
It is important for an individual to conduct personal analysis as it help in gaining knowledge
about weaknesses as well as strength of a person. It help an individual to know about where they
lack and what improvements they are required in order to develop that particular skills (Savickas,
2019). It will also aid in overall personality growth as well as development of an individual.
Along with this, it is determine that personal analysis help in how to overcome with challenges
in order to grab job opportunity in future in a proper manner.
It has been identified by me that a person require effective communication skills in order to
become a good trainer legal consultant. Apart from this, it is analysed by me that I need focus on
my interaction skulls as it will help me to provide effective and best solution to clients in future,
which not only increase efficiency of me but also enhance productivity of organisation in which I

will working. Furthermore, there are different skills needed to perform job role of trainer legal
consultant are conflict management, time management, flexibility and so on.
In addition to this, it is determine by me that I have effective communication skills along
with I have a good experience about how to handle conflicts in an effective manner.
communication skill and conflict management skills will help me to attract clients and develop
good relationship with them for future. Moreover, it will also aid in providing suitable solution to
clients that develop a positive mind-set of clients and enhance my confidence level. I have good
knowledge about recruitment as well as selection methods, which will aid in providing effective
solution to customers and develop loyal clients for customer. By conducting the personal
analysis, and share and discuss my thoughts & opinions with my teachers or mentors, I gain to
know about that I can be a good trainer legal consultant.
My strength: By the self-investigation, it is identified by me that I have good
communication skills, which is consider as a major strength of me. It will help me to interact
with people and develop a good impression in front of the clients. I have good knowledge about
recruitment methods as I worked as a trainer in the HR company during my post-graduation. In
addition to this, I have the ability to easily cope up with the changes that take place at any time
and at any where. This will help me to deal with the dynamic situations while performing all the
responsibilities of my job role. I am a well organised individual, but required to emphasis on
time management skill so that I can complete or perform the task given to me in my coming job
of trainer legal consultant in a timely manner. it will help me to develop my personality and fulfil
the expectations of higher authorities of the organisation in which I am going to work.
My weaknesses: It has been analysed by me that I cannot perform activities properly under the
pressure, which is one of biggest weakness. In addition to this, I did not easily solve the issues
and for perform job as a trainer consultant, conflict management is one of the essential skill
required. Therefore, it is important for me to focus on improving this skill, which will help me to
perform by job in a proper manner. While conducting personal analysis, I am not confident that I
can do this but with the help of my mentors and friends, I can complete it. I need to focus on my
weaknesses so that I can gain beater opportunities in the coming future.

in an effective manner. In order to perform job role and implement activities properly and
effectively, there are various skills is required that is time management, conflict management,
presentation skills, problem solving skills and many more. Moreover, it is important for me to
have good knowledge about training concepts and legal policies as it will help me to perform job
in an effective manner and to provide best solution to clients that will not only enhance my
efficiency but also help in increasing productivity of the future organisation. There are various
sources through which I can learn and gain knowledge that is training sessions, mentors and
many more. Moreover, a career action plan is developed that involve short term and long term
objectives along with the time period. In order to achieve all such objectives, it is essential to
improve my skills as it will help me to grab opportunities and perform task in an effective
manner.
