INTRODUCTION
Career wellbeing is one of the important aspect for an individual to improve their
productivity and performance. It includes various skills and attributes that a people have in
executing their specified job role along with more efficiency level. In addition to this, having a
good understanding of what exactly work means to a person assist to maintain good personal and
career wellbeing. Current report is based on an individual’s portfolio that includes evidence to
effectively completing their career development activities and at the same time also improve its
efficiency level at particular job role i.e. Export, Manufacturing that he\she wants to perform in
future.
MAIN BODY
I am grateful to get an opportunity to perform the job role within the export manufacturing,
therefore, I have been gain a lot idea and recognition in relation to the similar area. Mainly, I
have focus on enhancing my career skills and knowledge to attain success in this specified job
role in future. For attaining the same, I have done various things and attend various activities
build my positive experience. This can be assist me in successfully completing the job activities
without any kind of issues and obstacles. Along with this, I have taken career wellbeing
programme that support me in improving my skills and knowledge through which I can be able
to being an ideal candidate for the Export, manufacturing. For this role I needs to improve my
various aspect and area related of developing positive relationships with others, personal
resilience as well as flexibility, emotional intelligence, self-awareness and many more. All these
are become a significant area which I have to be improved so that all the goals and targets can be
attained successfully. In order to execute the export, Manufacturing as a job role for future I
needs to be develop my critical thinking so that entire determined objectives can be easily
accomplished in my future career growth in which I want to go.
For being an ideal candidate for the job role of Export Manufacturing I have improved
some skills including critical thinking, Emotional intelligence, Resilience, Team workings and
career conversations. These are the major skills which helped me in improving the efficiency
level to successfully completing the specified job roles and responsibilities. In relation to this,
Critical thinking is an effective skill that support me in attaining my set targets. With the use of
this type of skill, I am able to think critically by including proper observation, interpretation,

analysis, evaluation, reflections, proper problem solving and appropriate decision making. This
skill helped me in taking logical and informed decision in my job role that contributes in
increasing the possibilities of reducing complexities in delivering as well as exporting goods and
services. In addition to this, emotional intelligence is also an effective skill that I have improved
in career development module in which I have built the ability to understand, manage and use
my own emotions in positive way. By this I can be able to communicate effectively with other
and at the same time also overcome from the challenges by defusing conflicts. This skill supports
me in my future job role by making me positive and stress free so that I can easily manage my
roles and responsibilities towards the export manufacturing within the business organization. At
the time of executing this type of job role I will be able to control as well as recognise my
emotion and also understand the what other people are telling. This can be assist me in
improving my effectiveness of doing my career activities and also attain appropriate career
growth in the future. For being an ideal candidate within the business towards the role of export,
manufacturing effective team working is also important for me because without team work I
cannot be able to complete my task activities within the specified job role. Therefore, I have
developed my team working skill in which I am focusing on working with others towards a
common goals and at the same time also promote teamwork which imperative in a
manufacturing setting. This is because each and every member in job role to achieve success.
Proper team working support in attaining all the common targets in export manufacturing and
also improve the possibilities of getting success in their career within the role of export,
manufacturing within an organization. Apart from this, as a member of export, manufacturing
department I also needs to improve other skills and abilities related with effective leadership so
that I can lead my team members and also motivate them to attain all the set goals and objectives
with higher efficiency. With the assistance of this, I can able to enhance growth within the
export, manufacturing job role by successfully executing as well as performing all the activities
with more efficiency level.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned individual portfolio it has been concluded that there are various
skills that are important for an individual to develop their productivity in the specified job role of
Export, Manufacturing. Thus, it is significant for people to have all the necessary skills that they
required in executing the future job roles in an effective manner. This can be contributing in

improving the possibilities of attaining success in their career. Along with this, emotional

the company and at the same time also attain all the targets in stipulated time frame. This will
contribute to people in attaining career growth in specified job role i.e. Export, Manufacturing.
