Assessment reflection
For my assessment reflection I have taken test as motivation at the work . I have chosen
this as by having this at the workplace, it helps with me to increase my level of effectiveness and
efficiency to achieve my target and goal . It has helped me with the ability to boost up my level
of confidence to undertake various challenging task. It has led with the overall growth of my
career development in various uncertain business dynamics. I have choose this assessment as this
helps with judging my level of focus, commitment and dedication at the workplace. It is being
chosen as it will help me with the level of output being produced without major flaws and errors
(Breda, Pino-Fan, Font, 2017). I have taken this assessment to understand how employers of
the company motivates the employees to retain and sustain its talented and qualified workforce,
which helps in achievement of goals and objectives. I have chosen this assessment to ascertain
the importance of motivation at the workplace and what are the the different types of motivation
by which the employer of the company can achieve the desired goals from its employees
The results of my assessment were quite good as there were being several question
which were being asked in the assessment. It was being divided in 4 major portion where each
assessment comprises of 10 question each. The first was being related with the case study in
which certain scenario was being given to us, in that I got 80% of my score . The 20% which I
was not able to score was being due to shortage of time and non surety of the Answer as one
wrong will leads to negative marks and affect my overall scoring. The second part was being
related with different type and strategies to motivate employees at the workplace, where I got all
my question right. The third part of the assessment comprised of more of logical thinking
process where the level of test become the hard, in that I was able to score with 70%. The 30%
which I was not being able to score was due to varied reason as it included high level of critical
thinking which were not in accordance with the time being given for the test. And lastly it
comprised of two statement related to motivation where the assessment required to answer on the
basis of true or false. I scored 75% with this part as the statement were being confusing and not
attract the the employer. The next things is grabbing the attention of employer by having the
summary which disclose the whole picture of what is being included in the CV. And lastly it
should be focused around covering the things which are true and not falsely presented.
