Description-
As a child, I had a dream to start my own business where I am able to profitably manage it. In
the pursuit of my dream, I charted my career path by getting myself employed as the part
time assistant manager for three months in a recycling company. The part time job was
helpful as it helped me in learning various skills. It has developed in me the strength of
managing the multiple tasks at a time and maintain good relation with the superior staff. After
my job, I left Romania and moved to UK to pursue my further education. Going to UK had
again contributed to various strengths as it has made me flexible in adjusting to the new
environment as it is highly essential quality to succeed in the managerial world. After two
years of extensive study, I was able to secure the fulltime job at Dragon net consulting which
is a recycling company except recycling, it has the job of selling its old items to new
consumers, I was also involved in securing the sell of the items in other a job of the sales
man. According to the dynamic personality test conducted by me, I found myself good at
languages, management of emergencies and creative skills (Kulczyk, 2016). I secured the
good score in these areas and was considered suitable for the positions of salesman
responsible for promoting sales of the products. As my dream role is of a business man then
these skills are not sufficient to help me become the competent businessman. According to
Comeau, it is important to have the good knowledge of languages to succeed in any kind of
profession as it gives an individual the opportunity to maintain and close deals (Comeau,
2015).
Besides these tests, I have also conducted the business test which were evident of that I lack
business knowledge to achieving my dream and other weak areas included lack of managerial
experiences. These strengths and weakness gave me the insight on the areas to improve upon
before securing the position of CEO of the own organization. With acquiring Knowledge of
one’s strengths and weaknesses, I decided to chart out development and action plan to turn
my dreams into reality. I focused on bringing great self- management tricks to manage things

me was to produce 50 recycled materials in 8 days. I was able to achieve the target by
coordinating effectively with the departmental heads and team members. My performance at
the job was revered and I was given with the certificate of being the great supporting team

company. My clear understanding about the commercial position of the company gave me
this job. I still try to keep myself updated about various job positions at reputed companies. I
keep searching about the vacancies at the reputed companies so that I can gather the best
experience so that I can start the business of my own in future. Besides, the good
experiences, I had various bad experiences where I tried playing the business simulation
games just to make sure whether I am currently capable of starting my own business in
Romania. In the business simulation game, I failed badly where I was unable to take the right
decisions and the suggestions that came out was to get more real-life managerial experience.
The experience in the business simulation game discouraged but at the same time I
understood the importance of getting a good experience for various reputed companies.

The journey so far has been the great learning ground to shape my personality. It had taught
me various essential things of achieving the goals. It had taught me about the various
essential principals of communication. Earlier, I used to give very less attention to the non-
verbal cues in the communication but as the time passed, I realized that non- verbal
communication can do wonders. I started applying the good tactics of non – verbal
communication during my speeches and many of the deals and agreements started coming to
an end with my tactics. Another important principal that I have learned was the attitude of
giving importance to the listener as it develops better understanding between the people
(Walker, 2016). These lessons that I have learned has developed me in the positive manner.

concerned to improve them. In future, I would ensure that I would consider various
important points to achieve the goals and faster growth in the career. After joining as the
marketing assistant of the Dragon consulting limited, I would make sure to participate in, as
many managerial events as possible as it will give me great insights about various things. I
would make sure that as a marketing assistant of the dragon Consulting, I see the product
from the point of consumers that try to advise them in a way it satisfy their needs and
requirements.
According to Arditi, it is important to understand the needs of the consumers as it will be
helpful in achieving the right sales in the designated time (Arditi, 2017). As a marketing
assistant, I would make sure that I take part in as many as consumer negotiation as possible to
secure the skills of good communication and negotiation. These skills will be helpful in
fulfilling my dream of starting my business in Romania as communication is the highly
required skills in business. I would also make sure at the same time; I focus on building the
good networks by interacting with the consumers.
The networking will be helpful in achieving the right support for the business in the future.
In Romania, I can easily communicate to start my own business by taking their help for
material collection and supply at an affordable price. There were some of the areas where I
committed various mistakes, I would make sure that those mistakes are not repeated again. I
would also make sure that I apply my strengths in the areas at the jobs, one of strengths I
have is the knowledge of various languages. The knowledge of languages will be helpful in
getting the things done in the best possible manner as it will also be impressive to different
consumers that come in the company as they would feel highly connected with the company.
