In the last few days, I have had an opportunity to undertake several surveys and tests that have
made me have a reflection of myself, what are my strengths and weakness, my aspiration,
personality, and goals, just but to mention a few. I have high career aspirations, and I always
look forward to challenging myself. Learning is a lifelong process, and for that reason, I push
myself to learn new things each day because my future depends on it.
I was able to find out that I am an introverted person. I prefer working by myself, and for that
reason, I prefer a job that I spend so much time by myself thinking. I also value my private space
so much, and I hate being the center of attention. Even though I am introverted, I can perfectly
fit in a team as well as handle any conflict to help my team succeed. Apart from this, I prefer
intuition over sensing because I have this urge within me to be considered visionary by people
around me. This has always pushed me towards developing myself learning new skills that
would be vital in facing daily challenges.
Besides, I am ambitious, and that is why I combine studies with working. I focus so much on
establishing myself because I am concerned about my future. I believe every choice I make will
imply in my life, I, therefore, count myself to do the right thing because my future depends on it.
Currently, I am working at DATACOM, where I answer calls and provide information to staff in
the organization. DATACOM is an organization with fifty-five-year experience in technology,
and apart from this, they have operations in New Zealand, Malaysia, Australia, and the
Philippines. Working in this organization has been an eye-opener, I learn so much from
colleagues, and I take every learning opportunity seriously because I believe it will be very vital
in determining my career path and future in general.

I have high career aspirations, which perfectly match my strengths, skills, and, most importantly,
my personality. Because of my introverted nature, I prefer a job that I'd spend most of the time
by myself. Here, a range of career options perfectly fit my personality, including finance
manager, corporate treasurer, financial broker, and external auditors, but to mention a few.
Apart from this, my career options are as well challenging and not only needs a broader range of
skills and experience. Since I love learning new things and finding new ways on how to do
something, I have to go for a career that challenges me, provokes my thinking and pushes me
towards greatness, because I believe I am destined for greatness.
Finally, I can say self-assessment for me has been a very vital aspect in understanding myself,
my interests, ambitions, dreams and capabilities. It has made me have a totally different outlook
on myself and the way I view others around me.
