This hotel is famous and well established and despite of COVID 19 situation company
still manages to survive and expand his business to national level with 60 plus franchises. It also
provides the best growth opportunities to its employees and that is the main reason I have chose
this hotel for my future job.
My career objective is to get a professional manager job in hotel from which I can use my
skills and knowledge to create meaning to the business and could lead a large number of
employees under my supervision.

in order to measure the changes that have arise within myself. With this, I have set
the benchmark so that is standard for me, it will also help me in measuring my
performance (Holm, 2019).
3 Attainable – I will take expert advise in order to get guidance so that I can move
on correct path. With this, I will take help of my teachers who will guide me
through out my journey.
4 Relevant – As I want to open my own restaurant so when I will be able to achieve
the highest position I will become experienced. This experience is crucial for me
for starting my business unit.
5 Time bound – The time taken by me to achieve my goal is around 5 years.
