attaining the ultimate goals of the organisation (Andrews and Russell, 2012). The present report
deals with the employability module that helps to frame the career of the individuals with the
assurance of their development. This report also states that the employability skills also helps to
develop the overall personality of the person along with the enhanced productivity of the
business too. This report also states various sources of regional and global opportunities that are
necessary for the career development.
