INTRODUCTION
As we all know that self-reflection and self-evaluation plays a vital role so that people
can easily know about their strengths and weaknesses. Career growth also plays an important
role for people because it drives their attention towards achieve their goals and conducting
appropriate practices such as selecting profession as per interest and qualification, adoption of
skills and knowledge. The present report will be based on particular profession that is human
resource management. The purpose of the study is to provide detailed information about personal
analysis which will help to make action plan for career development. Furthermore, it will provide
CV in order to apply for the graduate level position. It will cover all the skills and knowledge
required for particular job role. In addition to this, the study will also provide LinkedIn profile on
the current situation.
PERSONAL ANALYSIS-
It is basically a tool used by people to know about their weaknesses and strengths which
will helps them to grasp the opportunity also and find out threat which can impact their career
development (How to do personal SWOT analysis, 2022). With the help of personal analysis, I
am able to know about my strengths and weaknesses as it provides me insights based on my
personality, from this I can also know about what challenges I see ahead and what are the best
job opportunities I will be getting in the future. Basically, by using this individual assessment, I
am able to determine self-improvement, career paths and understanding growth opportunities.

 I am having strong communication

pleasing personality which helped me

 Sometimes I get too nervousness which
has created issues in my past studies.

industry which I think is one of the
weaknesses.
 Sometimes I feel I lose my self-
confidence if I am engaged in long
meetings.

my achievement which leads to issues
like self-criticism.

Once you have identified the areas you need to focus on, it is essential to prepare a career
action plan which help to know about personal development and what are the career activities
that needs to undertake for future success. as per my opinion human resource is one of the most
effective professions that has been chosen by people in the recent career time (Lejeune,
Beausaert and Raemdonck, 2021). So, for this I am making action plan after personal SWOT
analysis. With the help of action plan I am able to know about actions that I need to take in order

to reach my goals and focus on weaknesses more. By having SMART goals, I will be able to
achieve my career goals and develop my skills which I needs to develop more in the future
(Rimmer, 2018).

With the help of my employability skills and communication skills I am able to achieve
my desired goals on time (Elrayah, 2021). By setting SMART goals and objective I can easily
enhance working environment. by having active listening skills, I am able to sharpen my other
skills too such as self-confidence and organisation skills and enhance team work while doing

projects in a team. By having critical thinking skills which is more important in human resource
management I am able to improve my personal and professional performance too. I always
motivate my team which helped to enhance team spirit and minimize the errors and mistakes
because every person in engaged towards goals and exchange experience with each other. By

By understanding my strengths and weaknesses with the help of smart goals table, I
always grateful that I am doing my best even though I fail sometimes and have few areas which I
need to improve such as nervousness, risk taking skills and self-criticism. For this, I am focusing
on online classes, seminar, regular practicing and workshops which will help me to perform
better in my future job. I am also asking feedbacks from my colleagues, teachers, leaders and
experts so that I can know about my weaknesses immediately and work on it for future success. I
have set timeline also in action plan and need to compete my online course within it so that I can

I am suitable for the particular job role as I think I am able to solve problem with my skills and
knowledge. Also I am able to build team work skills and leadership skills as I am learning about
roles and responsibilities human resource have in their career. I believe that I also respect the

CONCLUSION
As we all know that in this learning and working world, there are different types of job roles
available and everybody wants to pursue job as per their interest and qualification. By evaluating
the study, it has been concluded that After passing graduation and post-graduation with good
grades an individual chooses their profession and take steps ahead in their professional career.
