My strength
The strength involves the following-
 I have good knowledge relating to the use of excel and other accounting tool used to
manage the payable.
 Along with this, another strength which I possess is relating to the good communication
skills.
 Moreover, another strength is of having in- depth knowledge relating to management of
data and accounting concept.
 Another strength involves the numerical skill so that proper accounting can be managed.
 Another skill which is good in me is the integrity and adaptability. This is very necessary
for the reason that when the work will not be done in integrated manner then this will be
affecting the knowledge relating to account payable.
My interest
 I have high interest within doing job relating to the payable account manager. This is
particularly I have good knowledge relating to the payable manager.
 Hence, this will be beneficial for me to develop my working in the field in which I have
expertise and this will result in personal growth of me.
My values
My values involve the following-
 Good theoretical knowledge relating to account and account payable.

 Proper researching and leadership skill

The career which is being selected in order to grow is the position of Payable Accountant.
This is because of the reason that currently the field of accounting is very prominent and growing

and this will provide more growth opportunities. Currently the competition is very high and to
make the business profitable it is essential for them to have good accountant. hence, this will
pose an opportunity to grow and develop. On the other hand, the competition at time of seeking
job is very high and this may pose as a challenge in getting the job relating to payable
accountant. hence the thorough analysis of the labour market and the latest trend and knowledge
will help me in developing good career in account payable job.
STEP 3
For getting a successful career within the field of account payable there are different steps
to be taken which are as follows-
 The first step involve is to analyse the market that it what are the current trends relating
to the job of account payable and what is the level of knowledge which the candidate
must possess for getting into this field.
 Another step being involved is the taking guidance from some expert from this field
(Wickramaratne, 2020). This is necessary for the reason that when guidance is being
taken from experts then this will help me in improving the working efficiency.
 Along with this another step for creating career in field of payable accountant is to take
help of the online tutorials and videos which are available over the internet (Barthauer
and et.al., 2020). This will assist in developing skills relating to the field of account
payable and this will improve my skills and knowledge.
