Career development refers to the process in which an individual choose career path, improve
own skills in order to achieve success and accomplish the goals. This activity give assistance in
process of decision-making in effective and adequate manner (Teoli, Sanvictores, 2019). Career
development motivate individual to become more productive for the future progress. The present
report will highlight the analytical tool that is SWOT analysis in context of the individual
person. Furthermore, the report will examine the career prospectives for short, medium and long
period. The opportunity which an individual can grab for further progress.

Analytical tool (SWOT)
In order to acquire success in the future it is very essential to identify the strength, weaknesses
and the ability to do work for the better career path. Similarly, I utilized the analytical tool that is
swot analysis for further progress which is mentioned below:
Strength: the strength represent the positive side or the quality or the talent I have. The strength
is the power of being physically and mentally strong in professional as well as personal life
(Stewart and Brown, 2019). I am having strong quality of being creative and also curious to
know what is happing around me in order to keep myself up to date. So I'm familiar with
research and learning process. Along with is extremely flexible regarding my work and
confident enough top motivate the individuals, person or any sort of human. My biggest strength
is I never afraid of the people as having the quality of being cooperative and coordinative.
Through the several activities of my personal life I realized that I can solve the problems of the
people in effective and educate manner. Furthermore, I have the ability to deliver the
transparency or honesty to the people, organization or consumer.
Weakness: the most essential element to improve the skills and knowledge to acquire the
success. The weakness is the element which highlight the negative point a person is having and
become the reason of being failure in the life (Snowdon, 2018). It is challenging part for me to
highlight my weaknesses but it is i important to implement some sort of changes or the action
for developing the better version of myself. As I am the critical thinker I focus on thing too
much sometimes which create confusion in my head or took too much time in the process of
decision-making. My greatest weakness is that sometimes I am not able to communicate in a

skills which I can achieve. I have opportunity to become a leader as I am the critical thinker and
having quality of solving the issues of the people and motivate them to archive the goals. Along
with this the opportunity I can grab is that can avoid too much focus on the same specific
content to avoid the confusion while making the decision or taking any action. With the
capability of co-operative and co-ordinative I can become the good leader who can understand
and solve the formal as well as informal problems of the working person at workplace(Singh,
Amiri and Sabbarwal, 2019). In the future I can create the possibility to become the human
resources manger of any large scale firm. The mangers key responsibility is to take the decision
for the welfare of the company . Beside this I can improve my communicational skills by
observing the people, the way they think, work and communicate.
Threat: after all the strength, weakness and opportunity there are some factor which affect the
potentials of individual. As I am having less communicational skills I may face trouble in
convincing the employee in the forthcoming period. The threat is that I am not able to explain
what individual person suppose to perform in the particular job role because I aim to become
human resources manger or the leader of an organization. The HR manager is the one who can
explain each and every function of the organization in effective manner and motivate the
employees to do their work. So this will become the barrier in my career path therefore it is
important to improve the ability to communicate to lead the career path.
Progression concept

per the time period. Like I set the goal for the short, medium and long term which I will achieve
or accomplish step by step.
For the short period I set the primary goal of become a successful leader in forthcoming period.

engaged in the human resources' administration. With my learning skills or the ability of become
creative I can perform the duties of HR assistant. The HR assistance duties is to lead the hiring,
promotions, look at the salary adjustment and firing the candidates which are not productive for
the organization (Schlesinger, O'Shea, and Blesso, 2021). With the researching skills I can

organization in effective and efficient manner. The training programme include the culture of the
organization and the traditional the company is following (Sarsby, 2016). The training
programme include various subject related topic which is essentials to mention. My ability to
learn fast as well as have confidence to address the view points to the new joining on the behalf
of the company. Once I develop the better communication skills I can easily explain the
perspective of conduct the training programme. With the creative mind set I can deliver the
creative ideas to the people who belong to different region, area, cast and the values because
every person belong to different culture. I have the capability to motive the employees and
boost them to increase the productivity of the company and the person of the individual.
Long term goal: this is the final as well as long term goal to accomplish for better future.

and quantitative I can cooperate with the employees of the organization and will manage all the

interviews and maintain the relation with the employee as well as the potential consumer of the
company. With the confidence power I can represent the values of the company and regulate the
workflow within the organization. Beside this I can provide the assistance in overseeing the

communicational skills and learn different styles and the ideas of completing work in a specific
time period along with that have opportunity to acknowledge myself. Through this career path I
have the possibility to boost my education and open up more career option for myself. Also,
have chance to become more responsible and creative for the professional as well as personal
life. This career path provide the chance of expending the networks among the people , also
increase the possibility of being rewarded by the organization or appreciate by the people who

Simultaneously my answer are when I was non-competing the project I identify my strength
that I am the fast learner, curious to know , good at decision-making process. Along with also
determining the weakness that I don't have great communicational skill which will become the
barrier in accomplishing my career path. While I was developing the carer path I acknowledge
myself that the human resources department required lots of skills as the manger is the one who
represent the organization in the marketplace. During this project I improve the
