business practices in better manner. Career development is very important as it will assist in
individual in meeting with future trends requirements. There are different career development
tools which are significant for successfully and effectively enhancing employability skills as well

personal branding. Social media networking is one of the effective strategy for increasing

developing strong connections. Networking is the trading of data and thoughts among
