development is known as process through which an individual can manage their career. This is
basically known as support from an organization that will provide employee with professional
growth a movement to a new position (Healy, Hammer and McIlveen, 2022). Although support
can be taken from mentor, skill development and networking. In addition to this, both
employability and career development is necessary for a graduate in order to improve their skill
level and to find area of job which suits their skill set. Moreover, in the present report details
regarding methods that can help in development of career like curriculum Vitae and professional
networking. Along with this, the study will define their importance, definition and strategies
which can help in improving methods of employability. Furthermore, skills assessment will be
defining and how test result will help in developing career and give better job option on the basis
