Being the team leader of this project, my main responsibility was to give proper direction
to the team members who were involved in the development of the online career guidance
system for [please fill college name]. I had clearly defined the responsibilities of all the team
members. I had to outline the entire plan in an effective manner and ensure that there was no
defect in the plan. I was responsible for clearly defining the goals and objectives of this project. I
had to carry out gap analysis for ensuring that the progress of the project work was according to
the initial plan. I was responsible for supervising the activities of the project team members on a

daily basis. I had to apply my leadership skills and qualities for motivating the team members
and resolving any conflict. It was my responsibility to effectively coordinate with the project

I have applied my software engineering skills for developing an online based career

searching algorithm. This search was done to find different colleges based on the primary key
that was assigned to each college. I have applied my technical knowledge to develop an
appropriate algorithm to get an appropriate search result. I have utilized my software designing
skills to design a user-friendly interface for this system.
CE 3.3.2 Accomplishment and task performed
This project was successful because of proper application of technical skills and
knowledge. The online career guidance system was developed by using HTML 5, JavaScript and
CSS. This system could store institute records in an effective manner. We were able to develop a
system that could overcome the issues in the traditional career guidance and counselling system.
Collaborative activities were carried out to successfully implement this system. The online career

guidance system was able to increase the productivity of the career counselling sessions and
