INTRODUCTION
Career have taken several forms and a combination of life experience, learning &
knowledge and overall work experience. A perspective of career is concerned about employment
related experience, it is very important for me because it gives a clear direction in respect to what
I see myself in future(Bücker and et.al., 2020). Career viewpoint helps to identify my strength,
opportunities and skills is competitive or required for specific job role or not. From this report I
choose HR profession as a career,because it is a perfect platform to enhance by career in a
corporate world through knowledge and capabilities. This job role provide me respect and some
importance in organisation. And for getting HR post I become incharge and taking
responsibilities for hiring a new talent for company also coordinating betwwen mangement and
staff.
MAIN BODY
1.) What are the trends that will impact on choosen profession.
The place of world is instantly changing, as a backbone of company HR must deal with
effects of changing world of work(Singh, 2017). Following are the general trends that create an
impact on HR profession:
Artificial Intelligence: It is a software which enhance cloud computing and help HR in
the process of recruitment and selection of candidates.This tool is assist a merit based
selection on a specific job profile. Thus, it increase focus on more strategic work-in-
progress.
Globalisation: In today's business world, HR departments wants a suitable candidate
who have an appropriate, knowledge and skills to handle global work easily(Busch-
Geertsema, Klinger and Lanzendorf, 2019). For attaining organisation goal, Company
must trained people to meet with global challenges and must have knowledge related to
language and culture of other country. Thus, this will enhancing the image of company as
well as different culture people can easily work together with a same environment.
Skills requirement changes: Every company is focused about competition, quality and
manage the workforce diversity will full effectiveness. So, currently in jobs requirement
is more education and specialist in different languages. This will help in ease of
communication with others. Hence, HR professional concerned with provide a skillful

training to its employee that will assist in fulfilling the knowledge gaps and deficiencies
of a person.
Diversity in workplace: a company generally involves different people for examine
workforce of organisation(Chuang, 2020). They comprises people on the basis of their
age, gender, religion, education , language and so on. And diversity plays a key role that
linked in make strategic decision for business. A workforce provides several benefits like
better creativity in decision making and introducing innovation that help in upgrading
competitive of workplace. HR professional focuses on trained those people who have
different age group and culture that helps in manging and attaining organisation goal in a
perfect manner.
Employee Participation: An involvement of worker is a very important aspect for any
of the company.This concept derives training and empowering of individual, manage
team work and their participation. Human resource plays a very significant role regarding
with employee training because a trained employee can easily adapting working
environment and handle all the aspects of jobs like team work, leadership, goal setting
etc. employees may need to training in interpersonal skills that help them become more
participative and knowledgable and arraging function of team work properly.
3.) Define skills/ knowledge and required experience of HR within an organisation.
A skill is a ability that define the identity of a person and help them make expert in a particular
area. Following are the skills and experience that is mandatory for every HR profession:
Communication: It is a very essential skill for every profession, as HR handle all the
responsibility related to organisation (Gu, Zhang and Su, 2021). They can manage all the
sensitive information of company department and resolve all the conflicts. So it is very
important that every HR have excellent communication skills byb which they can easily
connect with people and coomunicate with them in a very effective way. This helps to
create a positive impression in between staff of the company.
Adaptability: This is a very important tool due to arising new technologies in workplace.
Employers finding a capable staff who have a strong capability to adapt every kind of
situations. It refers to an ability of person to adjust with new changes. HR professionals
are adaptive in nature because, it exhibit their potential to be resourceful and increse their

Management expert: It is a major part of HR position. It involves several duties in
oragnisational area like leaves, absence, in-and outflows of workers and other topics.
Being an administrative expert help in entering information in a smooth manner and also
grant a righ person who have skills, knowledge and experience related to organisation
function which generating profit.
Onboarding: This tool is important for HR specialist, while they hire any candidate this
tool can effectively work at that time(Katic and et.al., 2018). A strong onboarding
process help to decrease employee turnover and allows new joinee to feel friendly or
adjusted also adapt all the aspects for understanding new position quickly and smoothly.
Customer Service: This skills perform a key role in resolving workplace conflicts. This
can prioritize candidate in such a way of volutering, advising and tutoring. It shows
empathy which is heart of any HR position. IT is important because every employee take
responsibilty to feel satisfy their customer, so this tool help them for doing same and also
provide service by which employee are able to attract attention of many customers.

Tesco company wants to hire HR specialist for designation of HR manger and i had
done MBA in HR section and its an immense opportunity for me to get interviewed in such a big
company. Organisation will surely proven an excellent platform for me where I can develop my
skills and gaining knowledge in corporate world(Mattummathodi and Moosafintavida, 2020).I
am interested in this job role because personally feel that I have a potential to perform this
profile very sincerely and also am quite confident that I am a perfect candidate for this job role.
It can easily relate because having all skills to performed this job like I have a good
communication and a very self motivated person also am very dedicated towards my work and
adapt any kind of working environment easily or resolve organisational conflicts.
Apart from this I have a good knowledge in computer and done my internship in an industry
where I can handle the job role of HRIS. So I thought that, am a suitable candidate for this job
role. I will surely prove to your organisation that I can work very passionately for attaining the
business growth. It will help in enhancing my personality and creating workforce. A good
academic records is a bundle of qualities. And have a leadership skills because at the time of
education, work as a team leader. I can easily engage with lots of people at one time and also
can easily handle all the responsibilties for maintaining an employee life cycle in workplace of
an organisation. I can oversee all the startegic planning that is planning, directing, controlling,
recruiting and hiring of new staff. My short term goal is to get a job in a company and longtem
term goal to develop my self and work for the welfare of organisation.
