Objective
The objective of the given article is to make use of
various studies and literature available in order to
understand the impact of the career management as
adopted by the organization on the overall
performance of the employees.
Method
The methodology used in the article involved
conducting surveys with around 293 organization's
directors. The analysis style which was used was the
fuzzy set qualitative comparative which is also known
as the fsQCA. This was used along with the SEM which
is the structural equation modelling.

The findings of the first study helped in understanding that the

Conclusion
The study helped in the understanding that incorporating the
