Reflection
From the interview of Mr Vikas, I get some more knowledge about the fact that how
to develop a career and how to improve the career path of an individual. I have learned from
the career of Mr Vikas that in order to make your career a successful one it is essential to
maintain a clean image with the experienced employees and also with the subordinates which
will help to create a brand image. I have learned a lot from him that one should not quit a job
before ensuring that he or she have acquired all the experiences that will help the individual
to do the next step. Even when he decided to become an entrepreneur, he did not quit his job
unless he get all the necessary trainings. From this I have learned that I should not left my job
unless and until I acquire all the knowledge of that respective area to take myself to the next
level of the process, in addition to that it will also help me to bring improvements in my
experience and upgrade my knowledge. Since the aim of my life is to become a chartered
accountant in the coming days, so from the very early stage to accomplish my objective to
become a chartered accountant, I also begin my career from the post of the assistant junior
accountant from which I will get a comprehensive knowledge about my desired career. I have
to work very hard to get all the relevant knowledge and experience as a junior accountant.
