performance helps employees in getting chance, so that they can grow and develop them and
also can achieve their professional as well as personal goals and objectives. Along with all
these, there are several facts of your organization which are very much attractive for an
employee, and also develop a feeling which says that they have to work for you and with you.
2. Tell us about a time you worked in a group to achieve an objective (what did you do
and what was the outcome?)
It was the time of my first job, where I was placed on the post of account executive. At that
time, government of the nation has made some changes in the working pattern of them and
also, they have changed the taxation pattern of them (Baruch, et. al., 2016). This all has
increased the problem for all the accounts departments of the nation. Same as others, me and
my team members were trying to find out the solution that can help in reducing the
complexity of new system and also can brief about it in very effective manner. Each and
every member in my team was trying on their level to understand that new taxation pattern,
so that they can do their work with minimum harm. But, no individual was able to achieve
any type of success, at that time, me and my team mates worked together in a group that
helps us in understanding new rules and also has helped us in achieving their goals, and
objectives (Hennekam, et. al., 2019). Along with this, we were able to complete our work in
very effective manner.

When I have joined my last job, I was the person which uses to think that Autocratic is an
approach at work place that can help in improving the work of employees working in an
organization. This approach is helpful for a leader, manager and for a person, which are
placed at some high position and have an ample number of employees working under them
(Hughes, et. al., 2019). This approach helps them in taking decisions that can help in making
decisions which are good for their department as well as for their employees. But, I was
wrong, when me and my team mates were facing issues due to complexity of new rules of
taxation of government, at that time distribution of problem and taking suggestions from
everyone has helped me in finding out the solution of that problem. That time, I use to break
the problem into small modules, and then distributed those modules to different subordinated
of mine according to their skills and competencies. This all has helped them in giving
suggestion which we can adopt, so that problem of that module can get solved (Walz, et. al.,
2017). This was the time when I have identified a new problem solving approach.
4. Tell us about a time when you had to manage a number of different priorities and
complete a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what
was the outcome?)
When, government of the UK has made some changes in their taxation and inventory
management process. At that time, the work for me and my team mates, work problem get
increased at very huge level (Sheppard, et. al., 2019). Due to new introduction of new system
we all were not able to do anything and also we are not able to understand that what we have
to do, so that accounts can get prepared as per new rules of nation. Along with this, I have the
duty of making stock inventory also, and at the same time government has changes the
process of stock inventory. This all has hampered the work of accounts as stock inventory
also, and also we have very less time for completing this. For this, I have a team with
members who have skills of preparing good accounts and other with members who have good
skills of accounts management.

point of view (what did you do and what was the outcome?)
This is was when, I have joined my job in last organization, and subordinates of me at that
place were not disciplined at all. They use to disobey instructions and guidelines; also they do

2016). This all has forced me to persuade my team members, so that they can follow my

The interview given by me in the seminar hall for job was one of the best interviews of my
life. As, this interview was for new job in Marcus Evans Ltd. at the post of account manager.
Beneath are the key points of my interview –
Firstly when I entered in the interview room, interviewer said to me take my seat and then
offer me some water, so that I will feel comfortable with them.
After this, interviewer asked me for my CV, and after that start taking some a view over
