INTRODUCTION
As per the current situation there are numerous chances which are vacant for audiences in
which they can create their profession. It is significant for students to make correct choices for
their career so that they can achieve success and can lead to future growth. The area which has
been nominated in the present report is marketing which consists of various career and growth
prospects in terms of dissimilar rules and liabilities (Turton and et.al, 2021). Here I am an
undergraduate apprentice and is looking for an optimistic career in the field of marketing. In the
below report diverse competences and skills are required to perform certain roles and
responsibilities. It is further being discussed in detail. Besides this it also includes current trends
with respect to market industry.

General trends: -
In present business work there are several variations which have been implemented in
every field. With respect to these changes they bring new, creative and innovative methods in the
marketplace. In this report the selected occupation is marketing which includes high growth
prospective. There are various opportunities which are existing within the area. So some current
inclinations which will create an impact on the profession are discussed below: -
Globalization: - It is defined as the relation between companies, individuals and the
administration of diverse nations. It has decreased certain constraints over worldwide
trade with the help of implementing better associations within different countries. It is
very easy to interchange certain products and services with other nations. It has included
technological advancements that are an advantage with respect to the growth of economy.
It has been examined that globalization has the huge scope of marketing by enabling
cross border transactions ( Tatiana, 2021). Marketers can efficiently approach to their
international audiences which would develop their existing brand image. Besides this
competition has also been increased with the effect of globalization because now the
foreign companies are providing their goods and services at reduced prices. With regards
to this the global marketing has become an emerging trend which creates an influence on
all the marketing practices in an efficient way.
Technology: - For the current situation technology is one of the most significant parts of
a business enterprise. Almost all the business activities are done with the help of
technology only. By looking at the area of marketing there are many innovative tools
which are used in order to get better outcomes ( Stovin, 2021). Now corporations use
different digital approaches and online platforms in order to promote the product at large
level. Whether it is a small company or a large organization all of them use different

online techniques to advertise the product and create a good impression. The main aim
behind using advanced and developed expertise is to enhance the sales in least level of
expenses. With the help of all social media websites it is easier to preserve maximum
number of individuals for long period of time and by maintaining a strong and effective
relationship with them. At the same point of time vendors also use different tools and
software to become familiar with the demands of consumers. Therefore technology
creates positive impact on profitability.
Customer relationship management: - It has been defined that customers are the most
important person for corporations as they are the only one who drives sales and revenues
of company. Customer relationship management they focused mainly on maintaining,
satisfying and retaining all the audiences for longer period of time. The main mission of
CRM is to manage and maintain effective relationship with all purchasers so that they can
give preference to specific brand (Rasheed and et.al, 2021) .Now audiences have high
level of power and marketers provide the products as per their demands. So it is
authoritative to have effective skills and make a great career in the field of marketing.
As per the above information it has been analyzed there are many recent trends like effective
use of technology, globalization and so on. With respect to all these trends they create a great
impact on marketing practices so an individual need to be get updated with all these trends and
explore overall marketing.
Skills and knowledge required
Skills: -
Communication skills: - In accordance with this skill it makes a person to give-and-take
important evidence with other individuals. A vendor should have both oral as well as
written communication abilities so that they can transfer all the data and features of
specific products and services to their ultimate consumers. It is an important skill in order
to develop these sales and enhance the profitability of organization.
Teamwork: - It has been evaluated that there are various people who work within the
organization as a team to achieve all goals and objectives ( Bedemariam and Ramos,
2021). It is possible that they have dissimilar kind of thoughts but they need to work
together for a specific company so all the individuals must have effective teamwork skills
so that proper coordination can be maintained as both collaboration and coordination is
necessary.
IT skills: - As per the current situation there are numerous technologies which are used in
the field of marketing so it is significant to have effective knowledge about these
software and different tools. It becomes easy for a marketer to enhance their sales and
profit and develop the organization ( Hayes, 2021). For this vendor should have effective
knowledge about both online and digital techniques to promote their products at large

at the marketplace. Besides this they also need to have high level of expertise with the

regarding the behavior of consumers. It is necessary to offer them better services and
experiences to all the purchasers as it would lead company towards higher level growth
and profitability. On the other hand they are able to know about the attitudes of
audiences and provide them products. Besides this it also helps in developing a bond
between consumers and company.
Evaluation
By looking at the present markets situation I will choose the stake of digital marketing
which is the most evolving field with presentation. Now maximum businesses lie upon digital
marketing tactics in order to promote their goods and services at high level. It has become the
most contemporary trend because it helps in enhancing the influence of businesses. With respect
to this practice it makes me able to develop customer base of company by using numerous
approaches. Besides this digital marketing has large amount of scope as it comprises the phase of
social media marketing, website marketing and many more. It provides me an amazing
opportunity to get official level of knowledge regarding different fields which are important for
me in terms of my career development. With the support of social media I will be able to interact
with audiences in effective way and will provide them better understanding. It will enable me to
make optimistic brand image at worldwide level which is the most significant thing to achieve
competitive edge at marketplace. Besides this SEO help in driving out more traffic over certain
websites that will ultimately increase sales and profits of an organization. I will like to make my
