Career perspective is concerned with the pattern of employment related experiences.
There are a number of factors affecting career perspective which are economic realities and
dictate the changes of occupation for employees throughout their employability. In the
following report and analysis of jobs available at marketing field is described (Ceron and et.
al., 2019). The report consist of various factors which are determining the general trends
which is impacting marketing profession and industry. There are a number of trends such as
globalisation and technology which are discussed in detail. Along with this a summary of
various skills and knowledge which are required by an individual in order to expertise in
these fields are also discussed. At the end the report discusses about different advertisement
and job opportunities which can be considered in the marketing field.
After my graduation when I went for different employability opportunities I assessed
all my skills and capabilities that will effectively help me to choose my career. After this
analyzation I realised that marketing field and jobs of marketing analyst is suitable for me
according to my skills and capabilities. There are a lot of opportunities present in marketing
field these days as every organisation requires a marketing analyst who can effectively study
the requirements of consumers in market. The report describes about various trends in
marketing field which will help me to successfully start my career.

Phase 1:
The major reason for choosing a profession is understanding self. It is necessary to
start self-assessment which is a frustrating process. However it is necessary to secure a work
that is of value and bring satisfaction for an individual. The first and major step for effective
self-assessment is to consider the self-interest as well as understand strengths and weaknesses
of self.
Phase 2:
When planning for a job for the first time it is necessary to understand and compile
knowledge about the market as well as the skills which are relating to market. It is necessary
to keep in mind that profession is different from a job and working in short-term or part time
is not considered as a job. The job offer is more expanded form from the part time jobs

nowadays digital media marketing have impacted marketing throughout the world. There are
a number of companies which are using digital media marketing tools in order to market their
products and services.
The social media platforms have also generated huge interest of customers towards a
number of products and service. In order to work in marketing field successfully it is
necessary to be up-to-date with all these technological developments taking place. There are a
number of marketing tools available which can be used by marketing analyst in order to make
sure that they are developing a great promotional plan for the products and services provided
by their companies. There are a number of benefits which can be gained through using social
media tools such as it helps in reaching a lot of customers at once. Also the response to any
customer queries can be provided instantly which helps in increasing the brand value and
brand image of organisation. This has made it necessary to understand the proper use of
social media platforms and content marketing as well. Content refers to the images, videos,
audios, text and so on that are used on social media platforms in order to promote a good or
