The Employability is not only about getting a job but it also defines about capable of getting and
fulfilling the given work. Key aspects of Gallup strengths theory are as follows:
Achiever, arranger and beliefs
Responsibility, Focus
Adaptability, Connectedness
Activator, Harmony
Generic Skills, Consistency, Self-assurance
To focus more on it, the world is revolving at its fast pace, so to keep oneself getting developed,
one needs to nurture the skills as well as knowledge of both the theoretical and practical part.
Learning and acquiring new skills has always proved to be the best tool for the professionals to
achieve their goals. Some professional finds the learning part a gateway to advance their career
to push it to the next level in terms of employability.
Three of my strengths are:
To keep employer satisfied: I am good at keeping my bosses satisfied. To learn about
the latest developments in particular arena will not only make concerned employer
satisfied but also helps people to keep their job intact being a trustable employee.
Advancement in Skills: I can improve my skills as pr guidance and training provided.
The day to day development in the technology has provided professional to enhance their
growth and also make them aware that there is always something new to learn in the
sector.
Motivating: I get motivated by myself and I provide motivation to others also. The
learning attitude helps in regaining the interest in a professional’s job which also
exaggerates the self-confidence, resulting in more productivity and being a happier
employee.

Theories of Career Development
Two theories are:
Though people in different sectors differ in their abilities, personalities, needs, values, interests,
traits and self-concepts. People are qualified in these characteristics, which makes them suitable
for the different occupation. Each occupation requires such characteristics including the different
pattern of abilities and personality traits.
The main disciplines in the theory of career development are such followed as:
Differential Psychology: It mainly stands for the different types of work and occupation
for the people with different pattern ability and characteristics accordingly.
Personality: It defines a person’s ability and experience for the career development
which plays a vital role in the sector.
Sociology: The factor of movement of production from a type of productive activity to
another type of productive activity is termed as occupational mobility. It explains the
movement of resources between jobs. The factors which exist highly mobile and can be
easily swapped including some factors which are highly immovable and are not easily
able to be swapped.
Psychology Theory
It is a scientific study of human beings changing over their course of life span. It is mainly
associated with the infants and children but the department has also expanded to include youth,
adult, aging and the complete life span. The field of Development Psychology mainly examines
the physical development, cognitive development and socio-emotional development. It also
examines the influences of nature and nurture on the procedure of human growth..

Analysis of Opportunities for Career Development
Careers come to people of all shapes and sizes, also locally, regionally and globally. There are
lots of employers or sources for employment in and around locally such as Local Government
Jobs, Volunteering Opportunities, Nursing Opportunities.
Same goes for the regional jobs such as Regional managers in different sectors such as Retail,
Healthcare which also includes Regional Service Engineer in different parts of the region.
I believe that Global Opportunities are increasing all over. According to the interest and
ambitions, there are lots of global opportunities in different universities for pursuing different
types of education or generating skills for career development. There are also different sectors
apart from these universities which are processed through a global recruitment process. Such
opportunities include Global Security strategy, International editor, Media Executive, Global
Partnership associate, RM Business Analyst for Global Financing Services, Global benefits
Consultants, Global HR Ops and Systems Lead, Event manager etc.
These are the various opportunities which are available throughout locally, regionally as well as
globally and will help in shaping my career. These opportunities vary from person to person
according to the ability and pattern of the work. These opportunities helps in career development
for both the employee and the employer from local and as well as abroad. These sources for
opportunities are available throughout the digital media and such sources play a vital role in the
development of the economy in terms of career.
