Introduction
• Professional field involves the administrative
services and the business management such as
marketing management, accounting,
communications research and many more. A field
indicates a particular occupational area or academic
field like civil engineering, physics and so on,
rather than mentioning a specific job.

Professional field of interest
• Entrepreneurship is the capability and willingness to
organise, grow and run a business entity, together with
any of its uncertainties for the purpose to generate
profit. Entrepreneurs are very essential in context to
market economies as they can act as the base of
economic growth of the country. By investing new
products and services in the market, they reshuffle new
employment, which directly results into increasing of
economic development.

Discussing and analysing career paths
• A career path can be a list of jobs that can help
an individual to work towards its goals and
objectives. It includes the jobs which are needed
to hit the ultimate goal of individual without
following a straight line.

many career path available for me some of those are:

• Capacity planner
• Chief operation officer

Identification of strengths in context to the career paths
• I am currently working as a driver for amazon company and my dream job is to have my own business in
delivery sector. These are some of my strengths with reference to the career paths as follows:
• Communication skills: I have good communication skills and can talk to people in a proper manner.
• Knowledge about Traffic regulations: It is important to follow traffic rules and regulations to avoid any
accidents.

through strengths are as follows:
• Miscommunication: This can become a big challenge while delivering the products as due to
communication gap people can face issues in the company. This is actually something which takes time
to sort out between the other people working.

many more. Entrepreneurship is the ability or willingness of a person to startup with a new business
venture and is motivated to stand in the existing marketplace. An entrepreneur is capable to bear risk,
face rejections, handles tough situation and many more. Strengths such as communication skills,
knowledge of traffic regulations, navigation and communication skills with respect to the career paths
like quality manager, logistic manager, warehouse administrator and service delivery.
