INTRODUCTION
 This presentation paper will be based on the field of Human Resource Management as an area of my
professional interest.
 Human resource management refers to the management of people which are employed in an organization in
order to increase their functioning and ability to perform for the betterment of the company.

Human Resource Management
 As my role would be to manage the people in the organization, it
would be my responsibility to plan the process for achieving the goals
set by the company. I will have to grab the attention of the top level
management to take part in determining, preparing and carrying out
the business goals.
 As a human resource manager, I will have to properly understand the
nature of each job and make sure each employee receives what is
required to them to them.
 I will have to hire right candidates for right jobs by analysing their
knowledge in a particular field and hire them accordingly.

 For the purpose of choosing human resource
management as my dream career profession, I will
have to follow a career path that will me help to move
further and acquire high positions in my life.
 Firstly, I will need to acquire some basic knowledge
regarding the profession of human resource
management by joining a reputed organization and
working as an intern. That internship might or might
not be paid but here, my objective would be to gain
knowledge as much as possible.

 I have specific strengths of my own which can help me for
the purpose of obtaining a dream career in the field of
human resource management.
 I have the ability to communicate well and carry a
friendly behaviour. This can serve as a strength for the
role of HR associate as I will be able to keep a friendly
work environment and develop a feeling of trust among the
employees.

How challenges can be overcome with strengths
 One of biggest challenge faced by the human resource
management is maintaining the employee relations
within the organization. since, it is the duty of human
resource management to manage the workforce,
similarly, they have to maintain employee relations in
order to get the work done from them. From the same, I
think my communication skills would be of great help in
order to keep the employees happy.

CONCLUSION
 My presentation paper is based on the profession of human resource management as my dream career. With the
help of this presentation paper, I recognized my strengths that can help me in my career path under human
resource management.
 For obtaining a career under this profession, I will have to join as an intern and gain knowledge on each stage
of my career in order to move ahead in my life.
