The Human resource is the person who leads and direct the handle the functions of HR
department that involve hiring and interviewing the staff, provides various benefits, enforcing
policies and practices of the company and administration work. There are mainly three types of
HR which are- HR specialist, HR manager and lastly HR executive. The Human resource
manager is the department within the organisation that is responsible for all things that is related
to work. It is the practice of identifying, coordination and allocation of the human capital
requirements of any enterprise. As human resources management helps in fulfilling the gap
between the performance of employees and the strategic objectives of the company. With an
effective HR manager can help employees to increase their performance through motivation and
motivation which will help in achieving the overall goals of any organisation. The most
important responsibility that is associated with human resource management is generally
involves process of handling staff, job necessitate, utilization of work forces, implementing
reward system for employees, development of the employees personally and professionally for
betterment of the company and lastly maintaining the work force. The importance of human
