The job profile offers a senior position at Goldman Sachs, one of the premium banks of the
United States. The major responsibilities of the particular role requires to lead strategic projects
aimed at delivering change aligned with the business objectives of the CIMD division. The
Associate requires to manage stakeholders, product developers, subject matter experts,
technologists as well as compliance and legal team to ensure uninterrupted execution of projects
pertaining to firm and client compliance. The Associate also requires to maintain periodic
communication with global stakeholders to resolve issues and provide regular updates. Also,
business performance analysis, production of reports and implementing team strategy are also

Working Conditions
The average working hour for the job position is 40 hours per week, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

ii) A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations or Business Management, Industrial

Since this job requires a comprehensive amount of experience, I will require to secure a
junior position in banking sector to gather relevant experience for my desired job position
after completing the MBA degree. To this end, a summer apprenticeship in a reputed bank
during the school years will also increase my credibility to apply for the intended job
position. (Barro, 2019)
Current Salary
The average salary of an associate in New York is approximately $66,059 per year, although
at Goldman Sachs, it can be up to $85000 to $90000 a year. (Indeed.com, 2020)
Career Prospect
After serving the organization for a considerable time, I could move to obtain a license and
register with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to become an Investment
