Career Path is refer about smaller group where jobs are
available within better career path that uses of career
cluster which assort similar within similar skills.
 As per each career cluster that contains about
different career paths. In career path helps to
scrutinize information as how individual can
evaluate opportunities and challenges where it move
from one job to another.

Background of Company
 As I want to make my career in software
engineering at the Schlumberger company.
The history of this company was founded
in 1926 by two brothers Conrad and Marcel
Schlumberger from the Alsace region in
France as the Electric prospecting company.

Challenges and Demand
The challenges which I can faces at the time of joining in job are:
 To need to learn about how to use equipment for implement in field work for generating expectancy work outcomes. As Schlumberger is
having advanced level of machinery to use which I have to face issue in training.
 My graduation as well as post graduation in Engineering is must because the overall work in Schlumberger company is conduct overall
work through machinery level.
 Need to learn more polices and engineering field work in particular subjective like mechanical or operational work that is most important
practise in current job.
