INTRODUCTION
Personal professional development plan is a plan for the development of the individual
skills, weakness, development for competency and the objectives that helps to achieve the goals
and be effective in the future for career. It is also termed as an employee development plan and
the individual development plan. It is a document that is for the career goals and helps to make
strategies to meet the goals (Rolfe, 2021). To create the personal developmental plan it needs lot
of time and planning. It’s an effective process that helps to achieve the goals and get success in
the future effectively. Continuous personal professional development plan is an ongoing process
for developing and maintaining an individual developmental professional skill that helps to get
success in the future. This skills can be developed formally or through informally with the
training or coursed or by watching others.
MAIN BODY
Aim
The aim of this report is to develop the skills that are required for the success in the future
and for the career goals and also helps in the academics in the universities for the future. Skills in
which I am in lack of and want to improve through the implementation of the personal
professional developmental plan. Improvement in the skills so that it helps in the academics to
get succeed and helps in the workplace to be competitive and effective that helps to achieve the
career goals effectively. I am lack in the some of the skills and want to improve in it. The
personal and the career based goals are to be achieved. I want to improve my weakness and work
on the opportunities of the learning of new skills and working on the strength for the success on
in the future and achieve the career goals. By analysing the SWOT analysis and with the
preparation of the personal developmental plan helps to improve the skills and achieve the target
goals in the future. The aim of the report is to build up the skills that help in the academic and
the career goals.
Objectives
My personal objective is to develop the competent skill that helps in achieving my career
goals effectively by improving and learning the skills (Zhang, and et.al., 2019). Skills that are to
be learned help to get success in the academics, in future career goals and in the workplace to be
the effective and the competitive employee. My objectives are
ï‚· I want to improve my communication skills in a year that is to be improved by June 2022.
